Dr. Rasor has been my primary care provider for many years and him and his staff are very kind and caring! If I needed to be seen right away and he wasn’t available, making an appointment with someone else in the practice was never an issue! Everyone is great! Have nothing but great things to say about everyone there!

Dr. Elsayed is a saint but wow the people who answer the phone??? Please get a new job because when I am calling and my kid is sick the last thing I want to hear is some rude miserable lady on the phone. Why? We have been coming here two years now and it's every time! Not sure if we will be back.

Dr. Rasor was great. However, I stopped seeing him after a year because his secretaries were just so difficult to deal with. I did not have a single interaction with them my entire time as a patient with their office in which I hung up the phone feeling like I was treated well or even like a human being.

I been been attending this office for years… it would receive more stars for the providers however… Every SINGLE experience I have had with Terry at the desk over the phone has been horrid. I am ALWAYS made to feel like an inconvenience, she is rude, and she is never willing to go out of her way to do anything to find a solution to issues that arise (even ones that are simply just doing her job). I have been working in customer service for 16 years and can say I would be ashamed to ever treat someone they way she has for years.I have never left a google review but went out of my way to do so today because this has happened on occasions where I have been grieving the death of family members, and in times where everything seemed to be going wrong, and I did not need the additional stress of dealing with her to obtain the healthcare that I pay for.

I have been going here for years and I love it! I really feel like I have a support team....through all the craziness over the years. I can't tell you how many times I've called and said ..."hi it's me again...." and they are always willing to help and get me in when I need seen. The receptionists and nurses are great and Dr. El Sayyad has helped me with some crazy obstacles in my life.

Was suffering from severe post-Covid symptoms and when asked for workers comp paperwork to be be completed, I was immediately asked to leave the building w/o being evaluated by any practitioner.

From the friendly helpful front office staff to the medical teams and providers, this office is wonderful. Everyone is so professional, experienced and caring. If you’re looking for a family practice, Dr Williams is amazing, this office is the best!

Can never see me same day or even next day unless is with a different doctor or NP in the building. Recently won’t see me for anything sinus related unless I get a negative covid test and telling me to go to urgent care. Why even have a family doctor if I can never be seen? When I do make it in the office they are nice and helpful which is the only reason I didn’t give one star. I know it’s not the people in charge of the policy but I will be finding a new family doctor because of it.

After being a patient for 20 years, the doctor left the practice. We were given no notification and when asked to see another doctor was told no one was accepting new patients and we were on our own. It was very sad to have trusted and put so much faith in this office to be turned away so quickly.
