Time, Talent and Attention to Detail.Our experience required patience during the negotiations phase with the seller. Eddie's talent in knowing the market as well as expertise in being able to quickly find an inspector then renegotiate the terms of sale were appreciated. His attention to detail and willingness to explain the process to us, given our lack of experience was also helpful.

Eddie Campos is the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor in NW Ohio, and I would imagine, beyond. It can be so hard to find a realtor that actually works for you and then we found Eddie and he went above and beyond.I love walking homes with him because he has a great knowledge of what to look for beyond the external facade. He pointed things out I had not noticed that could be potential red flags. I could ask him numerous questions about possible renovations and projects and he always had great feedback.He is quick to respond to any inquiries via phone, email or text. We were never left waiting.I felt in good hands as we went through the purchase process and when our offer was denied on our dream home, he was diligent in maintaining contact with the sellers agent. He got us in the #1 backup spot and we ended up purchasing it because of his amazing work ethic. A rare experience but Eddie is a rare gem.Not only all that but he is just such a nice warm person! We hope to have him over for dinner or jam out in the garage sometime. Thanks Eddie!! You rock ;)

Great͏ experienceEddie went above and beyond to meet our needs, we needed house as fast as possible and with special requirements. He was flexible to match my limited free time, so we could see half a dozen houses in a day and once we choose the house, he was able to get the best deal for us and even after we bought the house, he was helping us with maintenance and household necessities. He is always available for his customers and helps with anything one might need. I could not be happier, so grateful for all he has done for us.

Team͏ Campos for Life!!If you need an agent and that will work for you then look no further than Eddie Campos and his Awesome REMAX Team. I called to get an appointment to sell my home, he met with me within 48 hours. He came over, did a walk through then sat down and listed what we would need to do for a quick sale at top market values. After all minor improvements were made he did a comprehensive market analysis, listed my home and and had his team to extensive outreach to get exposure. We saw the fruits of his labor with several offers in the first week and a sale shortly there after. I have sold six homes in several states and this was hands down my best experience. I͏ highly recommend Eddie CamposEddie was very responsive and carefully guided us through every step of selling our home. He has great experience and understanding of the real estate market in the Toledo area. Eddie was very responsive to our messages and phone calls. He also put us in touch with other individuals we needed for selling our house. Eddie even accompanied the appraiser through the house, making sure they were aware of the improvements we had made to get a great value for our home. This was the best experience possible for us. And he even seemed entertained with my husband’s jokes!
