  It is a Tuesday and I have called the banking center numerous times. I have been getting the message they are busy please hold , was transferred and put on hold. Very frustrated!!!!! They need to hire more help. It is now 3;00 and have tried hourly

  this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not... read full comment

  been apart of directions for 10 or more years love it .....
