“I dropped my computer and it had one crack but it was touch screen and the crack was enough to make my computer unusable because I had no way to control the mouse to even shut that setting off. It was a pretty expensive screen since it was touch screen and they gave me an amazing deal just being nice. The man that was working was very friendly. I don't know if he's the owner but it seemed like he could be. This was three years ago but if I ever need an electronic repaired again I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.”
“I've had my computer problems solved here twice, and both times they were super easy to work with and very reasonably priced.
I came in when my PC suddenly wouldn't turn on, which they thought must be the motherboard or processor dying. I ended up RMAing the mobo back first, which did not solve the problem. I have an AMD chip, and they ordered a test chip to help with me and future customers with AMD chip problems which was super nice, and ended up helping detect the dead chip in the end. The process took two months because of all the shipping times, but they stored the computer in the shop the entire time which was a huge convenience, and didn't charge any extra for storage. When I needed to ship back the mobo and chip, they put them in anti-static bags and some foam which made it much easier to get it shipped right away. Ended up being an extremely reasonable cost for what would've been a huge pain for me to personally deal with, highly recommend them!”

“My cat broke my Tv so I went here to get it replaced. Not only did I find the perfect replacement for $80 but I was greeted by the sweetest people. Sydni helped us look up the exact tv I was looking for to make sure they had it in stock and also gave me directions where I would find it. She also gave me a sticker which I loved. We also had a great conversation with the employee who checked us out (I think name was Jake). The employees probably had no idea I was having such a rough day so their kindness and help made it so much better. Even the employees I saw in passing all wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in. I hope the SM knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing team.”
“I went in to discuss a problem I was having trying to connect a sound bar and Bluetooth headphones to an LG TV. I was really just looking for advice, but was open to buying an adapter if necessary.
The first electronics associate was very helpful, but was not able to figure out a solution, so he called his manager over. The manager spoke with me for probably at least 20 minutes before discussing this issue with another electronics associate who was more knowledgeable in LG products. The manager and associate were able to figure out a potential solution for me.
In total, I probably spent 30 to 45 minutes trying to work through this problem with Best Buy employees. They were able to find a solution for me that did not result in spending any additional money buying adapters. I am very thankful for all of their help and would recommend this Best Buy location to anyone.”
