I had my mom take her new Pacifica van there since I work Jeff Hodak Sr. Jeff Hodak Jr. was very attentive and listened to what was wrong when I spoke with him and explained what her brand new van was doing with the radio. He looked into some recalls/etc with the VINs and such with Chrysler and he called me back and let me know. Then here radio went bonkers again, and while he was on vacay, it was going in/out and wouldn't connect and all sorts of things...we waited til he returned, my mom made an appt cuz I told her that I wished she would wait for Jeff since I preferred we deal with him cuz he came recommended. She did. And we took it in on 8/21. I dropped it off. I reached out and he called me back and let me know status and what would be done with her radio since everything is now automated with 'the cloud' and via electronically. So it is something that we would do ourselves. Said to bring in if any other issues - he knows the history and was accommodating and professional and nice to her and I both. Quickly called me back and very personable. Charlie's Dodge should be proud to have a Service Writer on their staff like Jeff. Thank you Jeff for taking care of my moms van. And my Jeep radio when I first was referred to you by your dad. I will continue to make sure that we will be Charlie customers. Great service!!!

I was recommended to bring in my RAM 1500 for service and most of the repairs should have been covered in my warranty. I was stuck with a large bill and given no paperwork regarding my warranty coverage or even a call beforehand about the total cost of repairs. Shady service and I do not recommend.

I stopped in looking for a specific car. It was there on the lot. I test drove it, checked it all out, and the sales guy takes my name and number and tells me he'll give me a call once he knows what is going on with it. Never called. I left an email, didn't call. I was ready to buy! I took my business elsewhere. As far as can see, the car is still for sale.

Awesome express lane . They got me right in for my oil change very polite people . I also had to go back to have my vehicle put on a diagnostic scanner and again got me right in and was polite and fast service.

New car in for service the 8th time, picked it up with gas tank empty for the 3rd time and completely dirty inside. I had to go get my car detailed inside due to the amount if dust inside . Car still not fixed

I called Charlie's Dodge and spoke with Becky about a vehicle we were interested in. She was unsure of the status of the vehicle and advised she would call me back. She didn't call back, so I called the next day. I spoke with a young man who advised he wasn't certain of the vehicle's status. He too was supposed to call me back. I called back two days later. Becky again had to check on the status of the vehicle that I was interested in. She actually called me back a short time later to advise the vehicle was sold.

Never bought a car from here, but the service area sucks. The people in there are super nice and friendly, and I don't blame them, but if you don't have a warranty, do not get your car fixed here. It's a rip-off. It took them a whole day just to do a diagnostic run on my car for $200, and that not including the actual repair and part, which was $1200. I'll go somewhere else. And each problem for a diagnostic is $175, which they didn't explain well. They only really do the bare minimum, which is probably company policy. The oil change and tire rotation are not bad, but sometimes the lines and waits are long.

I bought my last 3 vehicles at Charlie's. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Most times there is a wait when getting an oil change but that is because they are very popular.

This gets 2 stars because of the misinformation, lack of knowledge by my sales person, and the general lack of caring when it comes to issues with my 3 month old SUV.First my sales agent, Thomas Earl was friendly when he was selling us a car, but when I went back with issues within the first few days, he was cold and unfriendly. He has seen me several times since the purchase, and has ignored me. The least you can do is say hello to a customer wether you know them or not. He didn't know anything about the Grand Cherokee hybrid, but made stuff up that we found out was not true in the first 12 hours. Thomas Earl said he would meet me in the morning and when I showed up I was left cooling my heels waiting for him, as he ran to the credit union. He showed us how to use the app to start the car, and that it would let us know when the oil change was due, etc. The app monitors your car. It sure does until the app expires and requires you to pay for the priviledge of monitoring. This is something you should warn customers about. Not use it as a selling point, especially if the car is over 50K.Have had multiple electronic errors, took pictures, went to service department. Very friendly but told me if the error does not show up in their computer program, there was nothing I could do. NOTHING?? its 3 months old!! The option was to leave it for a few weeks and they would drive it when they could and try to have the car repeat the error. Meanwhile, I keep paying and am carless. Great plan for a brand new vehicle. TBH, I wish I had gone with Hyundai. Never ever had issues with my cars from them.General Manager seems nice, spoke with him in the beginning to try to resolve my hybrid issue, since I was basically lied to by the sales rep. He let me exchange the 12 hour old car for a regular old gas Grand Cherokee since thats what the hybrid is anyway as you can only drive 30 miles on battery and have to plug it in whenever its not in use. After 30 miles it converts to gas anyway.I am disappointed all the way around by how I have been treated and I won't say lies, but clearly some people do not know anything about some of the cars. Don't use the app as a selling feature for people to start their car or monitor it if you are going to charge them later. Just state that up front so we can make an informed decision.At this point I want to return the car since they have no clue what is wrong with it.

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Shop took 3 weeks longer than what was promised when it was scheduled. Wouldn't return phone calls and very hard to get ahold of. Seems to be no communication within the company. Didn't even offer a discount or a hat. Will not go back would not recommend.
