It takes an unusually long time for cards to be approved. Then you have to deal with the extremely slow pumps. Not fun when it's 25 out.

Pump didn't stop pumping even though my tank was full, and the nozzle was stuck, making the gas spill all on the ground and all on my legs/shoes. I went in to ask for a refund because of the pump malfunction, and the lady said they can't issue a refund for a spillage caused by pump malfunction.I then went to get air immediately after and it ate all my quarters. I went back inside to ask for assistance with that, and I got the same answer, basically. I usually only go bp but this one is one of the worst.

Pump #16 has a slow drip from the diesel side that is spreading all around the working area. Not helpful for those of us trying to get gas. Not helpful for your enviro reputation.

the one on Dussel drive in Maumee Ohio is disgusting I have never seen such a dirty bathroom in my life I would pee myself before I would ever go back there for anything. so,so,bad someone should do something about it.

Young skinny scruffy looking dude behind the counter is miserable. Must’ve interrupted his snack break. Go back to gaming in your parents’ basement because real human beings aren’t your thing.
