This organization time and again sells products that are not necessary. They tend to use your animals current circumstances to push Services and products.
Additionally their veterinarian availability is scarce leading to costly bills at other locations. I've never felt a sense of support from this organization And every touch point with this group seems very transactional.
Frankly, it's upsetting and disappointing

While I like and appreciate all other staff at Anthony Wayne animal hospital, I have come across numerous issues with Dr. Steve Reece. He has been abrasive, condescending, and rude to me during my visits. He would not let me finish my sentences detailing important information about my pet, and his tone and comments insinuated that he believed I was not taking good care of my pet, which simply isn’t true. If you choose to go here, I do not recommend seeing him. Please consider the kindness and empathy of your future hires. Thank you.

Took our dog in for a scheduled health care visit/check up. She's now up to date on all shots and had her nails trimmed(for good measure). Staff, as usual, very attentive, thorough and pleasant. We've taken all our pets to Anthony Wayne over the past 35+ years for good reason.

We took in a stray kitten that was very sick. It was our first cat together and they walked us through everything that was going on and how to treat her. She's a million times better now. Thank you for putting up with all our questions ❤️

Another vet was treating my cat for years with antibiotics for ear and respiratory problems with no success. I went to get a second opinion. Turns at Anthony Wayne Animal Hospital they tested and she has allergies. I am so thankful I went there and my cat is doing much better

My cat, Paris, actually loves going to the vet! Dr. Reese and his staff are always, kind, gentle, and provide wonderful care. I have Paris groomed once a year there and it's always perfect.

I highly recommend Becky’s grooming at Anthony Wayne animal hospital. Prices are fair & she does an amazing job! We had a previous terrible experience with a groomer elsewhere, but I can tell Becky provides a positive experience with how happy my dog is going and leaving!

If this vet diagnosed your pet with any issues please get a second opinion. Some time ago this vets office told me my puppy had hip displacement and needed a surgery of over 2k with another vets office in Michigan, when I tried to ask questions about it they were short and rude with me. They also sold me a bottle of ear drops you can get on Amazon for 20$ and they sold them to me for 100$. We went to another vet for a second opinion and they confirmed pretty much all this vet said was false. Also when waiting in the lobby you will hear the lady’s that work there talking crap about the customers after they hang up the phone. I would not trust this place with a pet you love.
