Got my very first gel manicure with Suzanne. She does excellent work. She repaired my split nail so well it cannot be seen at all. My nails look beautiful and I booked my next appointment with Suzanne. We had a nice conversation and she is so friendly and engaging. Patient with my inexperience with gel polish. Great experience start to finish. Thank you Suzanne!

Scheduled an appointment, got confirmation and they took my credit card info. Days later sent an email cancelling my appointment, no reason why or even a phone call.That's some bad customer service right there.

Huge appreciation to Joy for doing a great job on my nails, but also giving me some much needed “me time “!! I live 3 hours away and have been in the area for work...I sure hope I have more jobs in your area, but I can honestly say that it would be worth the trip!!

I loved everything about this salon! Katelyn did an amazing job on my hair and I love it. She knew exactly what I was going for and made it happen. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! I am so happy I finally found a new place that I will continue to go to.

I'd like to start with saying my haircut from this salon was wonderful and I have no complaints. Unfortunately there were some issues with my manicure but the staff reached out and made it right with me, good to know they take care of their customers if they're unhappy with a service.

i was unhappy with my hair service recently so I sent the owner an email. instead of her apologizing or asking what she could do to fix things she became defensive - basically didn't offer to do anything, even implied I should have paid more if I wanted my hair to look good for a special occasion. i only wanted ( and expected) my hair to look good for 4 hours after it was done. i don't think anyone should have to pay extra for that.

Ok, I have been getting my nails done for a long, long time. I have been to many shops in the area and have had many people do my nails, and there has never been anyone better than Joy at Alice and Co. Is it a little more expensive than other salons, yes. Is it worth it, yes. Normally my acrylics would need to be filled every 2 weeks at other salons, and since my nails are really long, I was breaking the tips off a lot. I have NEVER broke a nail done by Joy and I can go 3 weeks between fills. Not to mention that Joy takes a lot of time to make your nails look perfect, shape, color, design everything, perfect. The shop itself is really nice too, very clean and everyone that works there is really friendly. And the owner (a huge sweetheart) has the cutest little dog that hangs out behind the front desk, which is a bonus in my book! I took my acrylics off and am super impatient waiting for them to grow in healthy enough to start getting regular manicures because I miss going. Highly recommended!
