Why do the fountain drinks from the drive-thru always taste bad? It’s like they’re always short on syrup. If I get a fountain drink inside the store, it tastes fine. Might want to check your equipment. I’m going to go to a different Wendy’s from now on.

Parking: Ample parking along both sides of building, continuing deep behind the building, with a few designated pick-up/mobile order pick-up spots nearest the parking lot exit onto Lincoln WayKid-friendliness: This is a visually-interesting, newer-style restaurant with an enormous wall of glass window panes facing directly out at Lincoln Way. The entire outside world is visible through this giant window wall, which tends to be the part of the restaurant I direct my kids to pick tables. There is a large half-wall dividing this window wall segment of sunny, almost-greenhouse affect seating area directly back from the counter. This half-wall, on the other side of it, that faces into the main dining area, supports the unique but now-common Wendy's electric fire place screen which overlooks the typical, retro-style, individual-booth seats with rearrangable, low, convenient tables for a more coffee shop vibe (though I'm not a fan of how these casual seating, eating, fireplace hangout areas seem to (or actually do?) always be situated really close to the side door to enter, arguably the most popular entrance and exit the store uses.Walking into the main, side door of any updated Wendy's (like this one, and the rest I've been to,) doesn't ever seem to set the right aesthetic for the varying experiences you're about to have.

I visited on 1-6-24 between 8:30pm and 8:45pm. I pulled into the drive-thru and placed an order for 2 pretzel baconators 2 large fries and one 4 piece spicy nugget. I had a offer in the app for buy 1 pretzel baconator and get 1 for $2. After I received the total of $21.65 I pulled up to the window to pay. I told the guy that I had an offer on the app which he scanned. The employee swiped my card without telling me the adjusted total and as soon as he was done he left the window. I looked at the receipt and guess what my new total was...$21.65! I sat at the window and got a female employees attention who called the original guy back to the window. I told him that the offer didn't come off and he said he would get the manager, which he did. He told me while we waited that sometimes the offer scans but doesn't come off. I told him that was ok as I was not mad at this point. The manager came over acted like he was going to do his job and adjust it but instead looked at it and told me it was already cashed out and "there was nothing he could do about it now". Now, I was mad and told him "ok I want a refund then".Here is what should have happened and been said."I am sorry. Since the order was cashed out I am going to refund it and rering your order." All of the massillon restaurants advertise City of Champions, Champions eat here and so on however let's try putting that same integrity into how you handle your mistakes. I guess being a champion only applies to football and not your customer service.

Typically I generally enjoy Wendy foodBut this one really isn't about the food it was the service .. we ordered on line I live about 5 minutes away so my husband got the confermation email on his phone so off I went to pick it up granite they was pretty busy that day so I patiently waited my turn to pick up our order which I was told repeatedly by some young man that there was no order for that name ,number, email etc... I couldn't argue cause I didn't have the confirmation number in my pocession so I went home. I told him I don't where you ordered but it wasn't there because they said they never received it so I took the confirmation withe went back into Wendy's and told I had been there once already and there was no order but here I have the confirmation. the MOD looked in the system printed it outThe person who told me there was no order there for us came over looked at the order shrugged his shoulders walked away.. Got my food but that's all no apology no nothing. We haven't been back to that Wendy's as of yet.

Go through drive-thru always packed which is excellent because they're posted that good breakfast, lunch, dinner etc etc*?
