Met Debby Knight. I was in car accident, my car was totaled, didn't know what amount I would get back with claim. Took a test drive with the Crosstrek, loved it. She kept in touch, understood my circumstances, constant communication. I bought it, am thrilled with it ;) she even put up with multiple interruptions due to my daddy being ill. Top notch service, compassion, service ;)

very professional staff. however, they did recommend a $1500 dollar, entire seat replacement for a mechanical, seat sensor issue. I wanted a second opinion and told my wife to hold off. the issue corrected itself a few hours later and the airbags were back on track. They're probably trained and legally obliged to recommend the most textbook repair. Just get a second opinion before you drop a grand on some issue. I really think they diagnosed the cause wrong.

The sales team was great. Eric bettinger was the sales person I had and he was persistent but not pushy and found what we were looking for even after one of of were being indecisive and I appreciate that. Great experience
