Took in for oil and filter change and recall. They took the tires and wheels off and when they but them back on they screwed up the air pressure and they was all over the place. They was all perfect befor they messed with them. I do my own checking out on what is needed. If there going to pull your tires and wheels off they should ask first.

The sales associate named Siara was very nice and easy to work with. The Sales manager named Christina was amazing and worked well with my personal requirements. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Great overall experience!
Christina, Ryan and Crystal were all easy to work with, very friendly, nice and personable. Ryan kept me up to date regarding any and all information and any questions I had. Communication is key for me, especially when making big purchases.
From the moment I walked in the doors, every employee was very welcoming, asking if I needed anything and had conversations with me while I waited. They get right to the point regarding pricing, etc. I wasn't waiting around for hours and hours while they tried to negotiate a deal. The whole experience was fantastic and I ended up driving away in the car I wanted, and it ended up being below the price I wanted. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to go to DIEHL and I will be returning for my next car.

My Hyundai Elantra Blue Hybrid is a fine car. It’s recently been easy to make an appointment and the treatment from the service professionals has been great. They could upgrade the waiting area so that it matches the quality of the cars and the service.

Matt Ramey was my salesperson and I cannot say enough great things about him! He welcomed me as soon as I entered the lot. He expressed understanding that I was only browsing at the time, he heard my “must haves and would be nices” and was able to provide me with insight into which cars have those features. As I said I was just browsing so he gave me the space I needed to walk around the lot and view multiple vehicles, but would check on me periodically to make sure I was still doing okay knowing I wasnt going to be buying a vehicle that day. He was kind, informative, and not at all pushy. He was ultimately able to advocate for me to the financing department and was able to help get me into my brand new car!!

This is our second new vehicle purchase since Diehl has taken over the dealership, we purchased 10 new vehicles from Waikem since 2003. I was apprehensive at first because we were loyal customers of Waikem, but these last two purchases have calmed my concerns. Siara Lamp, our sales person, treated us right from the start. Crystal Poirrier, our finance person, did a fantastic job as well.
They have both answered all of our questions before and after the purchase, and have contacted us with follow up calls to make sure everything is still okay.
I highly recommend Diehl, and thank them for making the process quick and painless!

Our saleswoman (Avery) was awesome. She kept us up to date with every step of the process. The Diehl dealership didn't put any excess fees like other dealerships do and explained everything. We will go back to Diehl dealership for our next car.
