All three were genuinely kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and any information I requested was provided promptly. If they didn't have an answer right away, they found it quickly.
What truly set this dealership apart for me was the exceptional communication, especially with Ryan Goodall. His responsiveness, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile throughout the process convinced me to choose them over several local options closer to home.

While I'm not a big fan of car shopping, the staff at Diehl's made it as painless as possible. Hats off to Luke for that. I had a specific model in mind when I got there. Luke immediately showed me two cars of that model. They looked smaller than the pictures indicated. Without pressure, Luke suggested another model that I might like. Perfect, except the only car in their inventory had a white interior?? No problem. By the next day, Luke had made arrangements with another dealer for the perfect car.
The Hyundai Tucson now sets beside a Ford Escape that I also purchased new but now has over 205,000 miles. With the help from the Diehl team, I hope to be saying the same thing about my new Tucson down the road.

This is the fifth new car I have leased with Vaughn West as my go to guy for the right vehicle for me. Vaughn still makes the experience fun and enjoyable. He also follows through by checking to see if you have any questions that you may have forgotten to ask and if you are loving your new vehicle. I would recommend to my friends and anyone reading these reviews to go see Vaughn West, he is a terrific sales consultant which is why I keep going back to see him when I get another vehicle.

Took in for oil and filter change and recall. They took the tires and wheels off and when they but them back on they screwed up the air pressure and they was all over the place. They was all perfect befor they messed with them. I do my own checking out on what is needed. If there going to pull your tires and wheels off they should ask first.
