Tre was fabulous. That was the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon. He was so sweet and patient and he was funny. I loved it. He was working with like six people at one time and his multitasking was impressive. Amazing worker.

So I went to this location yesterday because I added a new line with a new phone and I haven’t been able to get the phone to work for TWO WEEKS. Multiple calls to Verizon tech support was no help, I was transferred and hung up on, left on read for an hour with chat support. No one was able to help me but Ki’me figured it out! The phone works beautifully now. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!

Typically I hate going to phone stores and dealing with rude workers just trying to sell me the most expensive thing. Zachary at this location was the best! We laughed the whole time, he was very knowledgeable, and helped me with everything I needed. I will always go to this location now thanks to him!
