Well, I was a new client to the salon house. I brought a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. The hairdresser said she understood what I wanted based on the picture. I already had short hair and just wanted it given a layered look without losing too much length. By the time the hairdresser was done I had a man's cut ( no hair on the sides or back) with only hair left on top. She shaved my head!!! Now I am left to hide out until my hair can grow out. I look like a soldier who just got his hair buzzed. I am so embarrassed by my haircut I could cry. I will never go to The Salon House on Lincoln Way in Massillon Ohio again. No sense in going back for a correction cut because I don't even have a half inch of hair on my sides and back clear up to my crown!!! So disappointed!!!

Went to get my hair color corrected came out looking worse than what I came in. my hair was bright yellow and had lines through it and spots. And no attemp to cover my grays at all. The charged me over 300.00 to mess my hair up .I had to go to another salon to get it corrected . They refused to refund me.and they blamed it all on me. They didn't ask me if I used box color on my hair until they had foils already in my hair. She had my head in the sink more than 4x and I was there for approximately 6hrs. Not to mention. The manager was really mean to me on the phone. I have pictures of the mess they made of my hair.

I love Megan and Emily. They do great work. This is one of the only places I continue to go back to because of how happy I am with the results. They are easy to get appointments with especially when booked ahead of time. They are always so accommodating and do everything they can to get the job done. Megan has tons of knowledge and techniques that you just don't see a lot of people use. And it is great. Emily also has so much talent and love when she does my hair. I recommend them to all my friends.

Stephanie does an amazing job with my hair. She listens to what I want. Used a new hair product, while dying my hair. It's a 10 minute hair dye process!. Much better than 40 minutes. Never have I walked away unsatisfied.

I went in for a perm before my trip with my husband for our 30th anniversary. I waited for the 48 hours to wash my hair and when I did and let it dry my hair was burned! I nearly cried, I had to put it in a ponytail because it looked so bad. I messaged the owner when we returned and told her about the situation and she just blocked me. Now how can anyone be so cruel as to not even talk with me to try and make it right, she just took my $110 and never even looked back!

I went in to have a perm done and paid $110. It looked okay went I left the salon as I am not one to complain to anyone to their face, however after I waited the 48 hours before I could wash my hair I did and my baby fine strait hair was BURNED! I proceeded to contact the owner and told her the situation she asked me if I added a bunch of styling products to help with the frizziness but I wasn't aware I needed to buy tons of products to have my hair the was it was supposed to be. I had sent her a message and she blocked me!! Do NOT go to this salon because they do NOT back up their work! They ruined my hair!!!

I am always pleased with my visit to The Salon House. The employees are friendly and strive to make their clients feel at ease. The delightfully different decor adds to the charm of The Salon House. I am pleased with the services I receive. I recommend The Salon House to customers who want a new experience.
