Thank you to Cody, Joe and the staff for the great service! Cody was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything! Highly recommend them as your first choice if you need car repair. I have been looking for years where to take my vehicle and I finally found it. Recently, on word of mouth, I took my car to Quick Lane at Diehl Ford in Massillon, Ohio for the first time. I was glad I did. Joe and his team were great to work with. I dropped my car off, knew after hour what the issue was, what the timeframe would be for the repair and the cost. They nailed everything. In addition, I received notifications on certain events via text along the repair process. Again, I would recommend Quick Lane at Diehl Ford to anyone.

I get all my vehicles serviced and maintained here! I spend thousands of dollars here a year and feel great about it! The staff and manager (joshua s.) feel like family and they are transparent and your advocate which is similar to how I run my own business. I trust them, they operate with integrity period. I reccomend them to anyone!! Take your vehicles somewhere you feel they have your best interest in mind and thats this specific location. I don’t just let anyone work on my baby!!

My car needed immediate brake repairs on a Saturday. The store manager Josh made sure that I was taken care of on the spot. He was genuinely concerned about my situation. He and the auto technician were thorough and respectful in their discussing the repairs and costs with me. He didn’t try to up sell me into repairs that I didn’t need. I was there through the lunch hour and he even offered me pizza that the employees brought in. The company is fortunate to have such a quality individual on their staff.
