Great bank and service. A lot of the complaints seem to be self inflicted by the customer. Education on your personal finances would help with your management.

worst bank in the world for service can't make a deposit in my daughters account without an atm card and going through a drive through. i don't have atm card, and even though i'm deaf, i don't talk to t v screens. new motto : forget you ,take your money elsewhere, like chase or huntington

Wow !! What a crew .I recently opened up a checking and savings account at this branch and they never ordered my checks which I needed ASAP for my direct deposit. I called them to ask them why my checks never arrived and they said that they had forgotten to order them. I asked if they could overnight them since I needed them two weeks ago and they said no problem.Need less to say I did receive two books of checks and they charged my account $59.26 because they put the overtime shipping on it.Again paying for someone else’s mistake.

Miserable. Take your money from this hellscape of a company and run! Poorly managed at the highest level, and the epitome of corporate greed. This "bank" doesn't even have proper human tellers. Locations have closed all over the country so they can improve their bottom line. They don't care about you.

Slow, but blaming it on lack of workforce while they are looking at their cellphones. I blame it on poor management that is most likely over paid. They closed Massillon, Navarre and Dalton Ohio branches and wonder why they’re so busy. Worst decisions ever made by PNC. When they fail I can say “I told you so!”Sucks not having a teller I have to go to the, work at home teller who obviously doesn’t really give two $hats whether there is a line or not

Slowest service ever. I have been in the drive through for 10+ minutes and no one’s even greeted me…im not sure why no one else has stepped in to help

Their ATMs are almost never working. They never let you deposit cash into them?!? This is the closest PNC without having to drive clear into Belden. It’s the most inconvenient thing to experience, I don’t even understand why they even have ATM’s at this point. Very annoying.

These mfrs stole 720$ through the ATM, advanced me my own money back then stole it back because they didn't count the right arm. As soon as they give me my money back I am done banking with PNC forever. Trash

We have been trying to close a zero balance loan account for more than four weeks. Every time you speak with a "Customer Service" representative the story changes. We keep getting the run around, up to and including being lied to and getting a letter in the mail stating they are unable to close the account. Twice now, they have come up with a fee or charge that has never shown up on the online portal dashboard. But when we access the accounts, the balances show as $0.00. They need to read up and understand the meaning of Customer Service because they are absolutely FAILING at it. I'm fine to pay for charges we owe, but it seems they are just manufacturing new fees each time we call. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they can help us get the account closed. Learn from our mistake and use another bank for your loan needs!

Find A Different Bank! I have been banking with PNC since I purchased my first home back in 2003. Back in June 2018 this branch signed me up for auto drafts for my mortgage. They didn't process the paperwork and my mortgage didn't get processed by the due date. This happened two months in a row, they made it right and didn't charge any late fees. But now I have my credit report looked over I dropped 200 points. I have NEVER missed a payment!!! There is nothing they can do they say!!! They tanked my credit report over there mistake!!!!!
