She was so helpful. And their prices are comparable to the big box pet stores. I will definitely go back!”

“They were absolutely wonderful with our 9 month golden retriever, Link. It was his first hair cut ever and they told me it would take a little longer so that they could make sure he was okay with every step of the process and to ensure he had positive associations with getting groomed. They were exceptionally friendly, unbelievably budget friendly, and did a picture perfect groom job❤️ I cannot thank you all enough!”

“Nearly everyone was great. I found myself on a time crunch, however I was running low on bird food and needed to purchase some as I was leaving for Iceland. I felt that it would be cruel to leave the house sitter without everything she needed for the next couple of weeks. However, bird food I needed was in back. First employee I spoke to was sort of rude, impersonal, and aloof. I recall her to be of the name Casy or Cassidy. When I reached her she blew me off and wandered off. I got a glimpse of her as my pet store run came to a close to see that she had taken a lunch break. Bothers me that she prioritized herself and eating before customer service. Super upsetting to see that this younger generation has failed. I’d to see some of these young ladies do better.”

“This pet store is well worth stopping by! There aren't many family run pet stores left. The owners are such nice, genuine people. They are a small business, but they carry a little bit of everything and have something for all types of pets. I don't know much about the animals they sell in store or where they are sourced from so if you are looking for a pet, I would give them a call or stop in to inquire further. They seem to mainly specialize in fish, small pets like guinea pigs, hedgehogs, and hamsters, and small birds. They carry a small selection of reptiles. They have rats and mice but I do not know if they sell them as pets or just feeders. I do know that they breed rodents and supply live and frozen feeders. I love that they carry Kalmbach feed, a high-quality brand made right here in Ohio. Chain pet stores do not carry it, and feed mills or the few farm stores that carry it make you special order that feed in and buy it in 50lb bags. Morrison's Pets sells the feed in smaller quantities as well for very reasonable prices. They also carry high-quality bedding. I used to purchase frozen feeders from RodentPro and other brands but frequently saw signs of previous thawing and re-freezing (which is dangerous), freezer burn, and that the rats/mice were quite dirty. The feeders I got from Morrison's Pets were incredibly clean and healthy looking with nice plush fur, and they did not smell bad. That is very telling about how their feeders are raised and kept. Their feeder prices were also great. I will continue to buy from them from now on!”

“The dog wash station is a blessing!! You might want to get there when it opens or soon after though, because they run out of some towels and the station gets pretty hairy/dirty. The employees are always so friendly too.”

“I’ve been bringing my dogs for grooming for a few years now. One of my dogs is skittish about the grooming process, but I have found that Madison does an awesome job cutting her and is always happy to see her. I appreciate her patience and the great job that she does! My other dog recently saw Clare and they did an amazing job!! I was so impressed with how white her fur was and the thorough brushing she received.
