Honestly, I can’t stand seeing this place have the bad reviews it does. The staff and environment is wonderful compared to other salons i’ve visited and I’ve been getting acrylics on and off for at least 4 years now, the owner did my recent set and he was amazing. Constantly talking to me and making sure I was satisfied throughout the entire process. I waited to give my overall opinion but it has been three weeks and my acrylic and paint is still holding strong and I work with my hands 40hrs a week. I recommend this company to anyone who compliments my nails trying to give this place a better representation. I will definitely be making an appointment for my fill SOON:)

My truck driver husband and I had to stop here @ Massillon for our break. Got my nails done early Saturday morning. Dan was attentive and asked me several times making sure I wasnt in a hurry. I am very happy with my nails.! Thanks so much! He even offered to drive me to our truck so I wouldnt walk so far with my temporary shoes after my pedicure. I will be coming here every time we are in the area.

both times i went they did what they wanted without asking. they looked horrible i just burned 65$ just to take them off the same day. he was about to charge me 75 but i only brought 65. i have bad anxiety so i didn’t say anything while he was painting random things in my nails. he said i got a lot of designs and that’s why it was 75 but i never asked for the designs he did. plus they were super short meaning they should be no where near 75. they looked nothing like the picture i ended up crying over how horrible they looked it was so embarrassing. i will never be going there again. They were very unsanitary and unprofessional will be continuing to do my nails at home. do NOT come here

I frequented this location with my daughter years ago, and we absolutely loved the service! The ladies were wonderful, had no complaints.After five or so years we chose to go back. The people working there now (different from before) are honestly terrible. I went reluctantly two times (thinking maybe the first time they were simply in a rush/busy), and both times we went, I had complaints. Rude/subpar service, rushed, etc. It was obvious we were a bother. The place was not at all sanitary.The set of nails I got both times I had to remove myself after a week because of the lumps in the nails. I paid $75 both times just for myself and got nothing close to what I asked for. Ended up giving up trying to explain and found a new nail tech. The quality just isn’t there anymore, and that is so unfortunate.Services: Dip powder
