Great service!! After Progressive chevrolet couldn’t fix my car after 4Attempts and $3500 i took it to MPI and they found and fixed the issue right away. I will continue to use them for any future repairs

A fair, efficient and honest business. Our F350 had a problem diagnosed by another mechanic and we wanted a second opinion. Jason confirmed that he agreed with the diagnosis but his solution and cost was so much less.

Jason took our vehicle over 6 months ago and we still don't have it back. He doesn't respond to emails, texts, or phone calls, nor does he keep you up to date as to what's going on with your vehicle. He lies, he told my husband at one point, after several attempts to get ahold of him, that they are getting it put back together and should be ready by Friday. After Friday came and went, months ago, my husband spoke to him, again after several attempts, then he said that the parts he ordered were running behind on delivery, if that was true, then how was it being put back together? He could have driven and picked the parts up, but did he? We don't know because we haven't heard from him. Even his own mechanics have told my husband that he is rarely around when they need him. I highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS with him

Twice they tried fixing the transmission in my Ford F-350 with an almost $6,000 repair bill now here I am they want give me a refund nor will they fix the truck. Horrible place waste of time now I have to waste more time to take them to court and get my $$$ back. No type of customer service at all takes days to get a response.Service: Transmission
