Had a return and they didn't have enough money in the register. They had me waiting about 15 minutes. Not a big deal.
But the person who had to go get the money kept on coming back ever few minutes saying stuff like "hehe forgot the key," "sorry got distracted by the cookies over there."
Why would you say that in ear shot of a customer waiting for you?

I want to give thanks to your Head Cashier Pam, she is a absolute angel. As a regular customer I've seen her defuse angry customers all the while doing several tasks at once. No wonder she has so many badges on her Lowes vest !

I had a great experience today at the Massillon Lowe’s. Brittney was at the paint desk. She was very knowledgeable and was multi tasking like it was second nature!

The staff here do not run and hide when they see you. They actually came to me and asked if they could help. Everyone who delivered the curbside pickup orders was very polite and seemed to like their job. What a breath of fresh air.

The main store employees were awesome however management is seriously lacking. Very rude and lazy and this is including upper management. Was trying to make a return and they would not even look at my item. Asked to speak to store manager and he didn't even seem interested in doing anything other than give snide comments. Called another store who said this was uncalled for. Went back in gave the other store managers name and they finally helped me. Needless to say I will not be using this location again any time soon.

The most ill informed, unorganized, inconsiderate, and rude store I have ever been to. I would not recommend coming to this Lowe’s for any reason shape or form from management on down completely rude!
