My family brought a car from there. The owner lied about so many things. He said that he would handle getting the license plates in our name. He did not and the car got impounded for fake plates. We got that cleared up but then the car just completely broke down suddenly and we think it's because someone put sawdust in the engine which can help the tram for a bit if it's slipping but not for long and we also found signs that the car was not in great condition when we brought like he told us it was. Wd even think he put the sawdust in it himself. Do not buy from these crooks

Good cars, good people. I just got a great deal a 2008 Kia Optima. I’m very happy. I definitely recommend them.

I will never buy another car from these guys ever again. I bought my car on Friday, but couldn't pick it up until Sat. after driving the car for about 60 miles the check engine light came on and when I took it my mechanic he said that the catalytic convertor was bad and that it will cost me another $1500 to fix. He also stated that it looked like the manifold pipes were removed to remove the built up carbon around the convertor so the check engine light would go off long enough to sell the car. Which means that the sellers were well aware of the problem, but did just enough to be able to sell the car. I would NOT recommend purchasing a car or anything else from these people unless you are willing to put more money into in a short period off time. I had to give this place a 1 star rating because this web site requires a star rating and they don't have negative stars.

Bought my first car from this place and couldn't drive it for long. Not even 6 months later, the battery was bad, the ABS system went, the exhaust system literally broke into pieces, and I put way too much effort into this car than it was worth. Very disappointed in their services for selling me a car that they said was in better condition than it was. They seemed really nice, but I was just very saddened and angered by the experience and now no one will take it even for scraps. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Do NOT Trust Lou or His son. They quoted me a price so i went to the bank to get the money out and when i returned with the cash the next day (which we shook on) he said he wanted $1,000 more than agreed. i told him he was being unethical he told me he was going to punch me in the face and call the cops. At that point "Cindy Eaglowski" started screaming "F*gg*t" and that they do not serve our kind. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Crooks. The best thing they do is make the car look VERY CLEAN. They give it a hillbilly tune up just good enough to drive it off the lot. I paid $2,500 for the car and have since put another $2,500 into it to make it reliable for road reliability. They will SMILE and take your money. AVOID this place at all costs.

I like most car buyers stumbled on Lou’s while looking at cars at either the big lots or the small lots near by. Lou and his wife were great to work with, very honest and genuine. And I was able to find a 2009 Toyota Camry that I absolutely love, within my budget! I came to the lot as a customer but I left as a friend and fan of the business.

Bought an 00 Avalon. Car is doing great minus the minor repairs I knew about prior to purchasing. Friendly staff with both the husband and wife. No problems here....

My dad and I were looking for a car that would be a solid first car for me, and we happened to stumble upon a nice, low mileage Thunderbird on this lot. No problems whatsoever on the car, and we got it for a nice price. This lot sells cars in an as-is condition, so you should always test drive and take the car to a good mechanic before purchasing. Something as simple as that can save a lot of time and money in the long run!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!! I took my 70 year old grandmother there yesterday to buy a car, they sent her home with an "as is" 03 Chrysler PT Cruiser and she didn't even own it an hour before it started to overheat. Took it to Midas and it has A BLOWN HEAD GASKET that will cost over $1500 to fix it. Took it back to Lou's and at first they pretended to be helpful and offered her a 05 Malibu instead, which upon further inspection had frame damage and the engine bolt was completely rusted through. After our mechanic told them that they CANNOT LEGALLY SELL A CAR IN OHIO THAT HAS FRAME DAMAGE because it is unsafe!!!!, the owner and his son went into the garage and locked the door, while his wife proceeded to throw my grandmother off her premises and told her not to return. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! If they will take advantage of a 70 year old woman, they have no shame and cannot be trusted.
