Absolutely inept people work at this location. They are LAZY- and are just plain ignorant. They are not capable of looking up an account and just making payment on with all the detail on the check but the account number. Nobody was inquiring of anything about the account etc. Honestly, I think I might own shoes that are smarter than. There is a reason why I don't bank there personally and WONT.

Angela that works in the front is the best! She is always so cheerful and helpful. Please try to hire more staff like her, it makes people actually want to come into the banks instead of doing everything online.

My sister went to this bank to ask about an upsetting issue with her account regarding me as well. They laughed at her, told her there was nothing they could do, and basically figure it out herself. I understand that there might not have been anything they could do to help, but to be rude and disrespectful to her is disgusting. Very fake people. Absolutely save your time coming here or Huntington in general.

Went to rollover two 401Ks with Jeanine. Great experience, easy going, super nice and very thorough in analyzing my needs. Able to perform rollovers by phone. She made the process easy and informative. Thanks to Brij at Cuyahoga Falls for the recommendation!

ATM took my deposit for $356. This is all the money we have and the only thing the branch can do is tell me to wait untill a dispute claim is complete. This is something that is their error not mine. Why am I paying for something that is not my fault? As soon as this claim is complete I will close my account and never recommend anyone to bank with Huntington again.

Fast, convenient but most of all the employees are always cheerful and friendly ../ They all appear to like being there, much different than First Merit, also without all the extra fees, so far.
