It's not often that it feels like a bank has your back, but Huntington and it's representatives have gone above and beyond for me when I fell on hard times. Outstanding customer service and it really seems like they care for their clients and that's just refreshing

This new branch manager is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen and needs to learn customer service skills badly. This whole branch has changed due to her. After being with Huntington Bank for over 15 years she makes me want to leave and fast.
