Most of the Tellers know me by name and even those that don't are polite, courteous and welcoming.

Branch in massillon down town is horrible ...5 parking spots after u wind around through a back one way ally only to find u have to wait in regular line to use atm....to make matters worse you wait on line for over an hour for customer service rep no matter what time or day u call....best branch is inside a grocery store
