“I highly recommend Donny as a personal trainer. He trains my daughter and she looks forward to her workouts! He is motivational and very detailed oriented. He pays attention very closely to make sure she is doing her exercise’s correctly to prevent injury which was very important to us. Grateful to have such a nice, clean and friendly place so close to home, and the protein smoothie bar is an added bonus!”
