I had spoke to a pharmacist about getting a specific brand of medication. She had informed me that it would not be an issue and she could order it when the prescription was available. Today, I call and talk to the guy pharmacist and was spoken too in a very nonprofessional way. Find a different location and demand respect and courtesy.

Technicians working for the pharmacy are less than helpful. Horrible attitudes, I thought I was having a conversation with my teenage daughter - not a pharmacy technician.

I called to inquire about returning 4 SEALED bottles of pills that cost me approximately $100.00. This was for my dog who died yesterday and I can no longer use them. So policy is they will not allow returns on any prescriptions regardless if sealed or not. But that's not the sad part. The sad part is the cold response I received from the pharmacy technician. I did not hear, "I'm sorry for the loss of your dog". No sympathy whatsoever. I am in tears speaking to a medical professional who apparently could care less.

I have never had a bad experience at Giant Eagle Massillon Pharmacy. The staff is kind and helpful. Even when i am confused and unsure how things work, they explain it and help me understand. I have never had a mix-up or wrong medication. Occasionally a med is not in stock and I have to wait a day to get it. I can't imagine a better pharmacy. Customer for 8 years now.

I have been using GE pharmacy for a year or more and find them to be excellent. I visited this pharmacy for my booster shot and the staff were really good and very accomodating.

It’s been an on going battle to get my scripts set up to auto fill with a text message when it’s needed. The drive thru attended tells me one thing the people on the phone tell me another. ALL assuring me it’s been handled. Yet here I am A YEAR later. And can not get a simple text message a service they offer. I didn’t come up with! No one seems to understand how it works there. Which in turn simply confuses the customer. Highly disappointed in that aspect of the pharmacy!! Not sure why it’s so difficult. Again THEY offer the service!

On May 25, 2021, my husband called over 5 different pharmacies for his newly prescribed medication and only Giant Eagle pharmacies had it. When we called this location they were about to close but the ladies at the pharmacy were kind enough to wait for us and didn't rush explaining how to take the medication. They even apologize for our insurance not covering the meds. We were very pleased with their service.

Sooo. They just refused to let me pay for my groceries unless I pulled my mask all the way over my nose. Supervisor and security were brought into it. I told them I have copd..cant breathe w my nose covered. They insisted I cant have my groceries unless I comply with store policy that the mask be worn properly. Told em keep your groceries..you lost my patronage as well. This is America right???

Tonight around 9:30pm I went in to giant eagle.The girl at the register was SO RUDE!!!!!She had her headphones in and was reading the paper while ringing my grocery up .She didn't great me and had a HORRIBLE attitude.Her name was Hannah.

Pharmacist was rude, belittling and very condescending. I called to check on a prescription for a friend and was quite insulted by the attitude from a medical professional. He will be transferring all scripts elsewhere.
