Make sure you don't get accused of stealing gas!.On 4/5 I pulled up to a pump that would not scan my card, so i backed the car up to another pump.The manager came out and told me I had not paid for my gas.(stolen gas) I immediately told him to call the Massillon police, check my fuel gauge and look in my trunk for gas cans. he declined! I called the customer service number which the assist store manager gave me, the district manager was given my number to call, crickets.I wrote a note to customer service 4/5 , no answer.Obviously they don't want me as a customer, we spent $5000.00 plus last year with my plus perks.With all the competition for grocery stores and low margins a consumer would think they would be treated better? I guess not.

Why does your sign say your gas is $3.99/gal but the pump says $4.29?!!!

I was just at this location (Feb 9th @ 8:45) The nicest man checked me out with my purchase. I was only in there for a few minutes. He is genuinely so nice. I hope someone from Giant Eagle sees this review and they appreciate him. I spent decades hiring people for customer service roles, and if I was still doing this...I would recruite him in a minute! Thank you (whoever you are) for being so nice. You set the tone for my day :)

State minimum pricing on adult beverages and tobacco products. Perk points from Giant Eagle for discount on gas. Got 30 gal for $0.29 a gal.

This get go has the worst customer service ever!!! I go here to get gas because my job partners with giant eagle and gives us gift cards for picking up shifts and today I went and filled my jeep up like I do all the time and I used a $65 gift card and my jeep only took $57 and I went in and asked for a refund and I was treated like absolute garbage I tried telling them this happens all the time because I can’t predict how much it’s going to be to fill my jeep up each time due to how much gas I already have... Mike needs fired for how he treated me along with the older blonde lady whose name tag I couldn’t see they basically treated me like I was scamming them for $8 when in reality I’m entitled to that refund! Shame on all of you!!!!!

I am so glad that this place is tops on my list, especially with free air. Why pay 75 to 1.00+ for air? Great prices and with fuel perks, I've gotten several free tanks of gas. This is a rewards card to get!
