“I have a 2015 Ford Escape, while in the middle of a delivery my vehicle immediately flashed a message related to "engine fault service soon". My vehicle became sluggish immediately. I called the nearest mechanic shop I could find. Although Wise's Auto Repair was booked till Thursday, they were willing to take a look at it.After driving slow to get there, they checked codes and before i finished talking on the phone, they found the issue related to a valve leak & fixed it. I was definitely a happy man, especially since I'm not even from this area! This was much appreciated, can't stress it enough!”

I hope someone from Giant Eagle sees this review and they appreciate him. I spent decades hiring people for customer service roles, and if I was still doing this...I would recruite him in a minute! “The owner and employees right now are great! Not too long ago there was a real creep working here I would actually walk so far to not pass it or go by etc cause he was a real weirdo followed me home etc but they let him go and going back very often and the guys give my service dog treats he loves it I love it lol thank you guys so much for everything! And especially for being great with my service dog ?”

“Good place to stop an get gas. Has a carwash, snacks and cigs inside.Clean has public restrooms that are clean and well keep up. Employees are helpful and I've never had a problem here. Pumps are clean as well is parking lot.”

“Great guys, great service! Locally owned, reliable, honest. They're also thorough. If something's not right the first time, they got your back in there and I will check everything. I recently purchased rear shocks and have them installed. One came loose on the bottom fitting. I took it back to them and they tightened it up and checked all the other connections to make sure the job was done right. I've been accustomed more of theirs for a number of years now. That's why I go back to them anytime I need tires or a repair having to do with wheels and brakes.”
