I went in and the store was trashed at like 930 in the morning. I had 36 dollars worth of stuff and when I went to pay I asked for 5 dollars cash back. The lady said they don't do cash back. The register even asked me and I looked on the website which says every Family Dollar does it up to 5O bucks. She got incredibly rude with me so I put my stuff back and left. I'll never spend another dollar with this family. The manager with the black curly hair should care about the few customers the place has left.

I appreciate having Family Dollar in the neighborhood. Most items are priced fairly and it's nice and handy. If only the employees were more customer-oriented. It seems to be a thing of the past to greet a customer or thank them for their purchase; I could live with that and I do realize they have more duties than running the cash register, but sometimes get the feeling I am more of an inconvenience than a customer.

This store has been a blessing to me for many years since I live so very close. Everyone is unique in their own way and very helpful and kind. I do miss some that have gone to other endeavors and I hope them well.

Since when are employees that work at this location who I know for a fact have nothing wrong with them or have a handicap plaquered move their car from on the side where employees are supposed to park to one of only 2 handicap spots at 7 pm when she is doesnt the doors until 10 pm and she doesn't leave until 1030pm . So not right it's just lazy but that's who she is all the time on the clock.

I have been working at this store for over a year and I loved it but when there is poor management and unsafe working conditions and corporate policies not being followed I had no other choice but to quit a job I loved bc nothing was done to make things better. And that's sad.

Clerk told me that they weren't to order pain pills.Benadril and other medical needs. Watch the section disappear like the toilet did. WHY??????
