Cheri is the girl at the parts counter and she knows her customers by name. I have never requested a mower part that Doc's didn't either have on hand, or couldn't get in short time.

Buyer beware. Purchased a new Toro, thinking that I was buying from a Great Dealer. Found out I was wrong. The mower has issues with the self propelled drive they couldn't fix. Doc's did not stand behind what they sell.

Well experience was great !!! I purchased a Bad boy and I love it. Picked it up today and they took care of everything. Mark my sales man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mowed first time today and did the field and back yard in half the time !!! What a beast of a mower !!!

If you have a bad experience here, I’d have a hard time believing it— I have recently purchased a zero turn (Bad boy Maverick) and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Mark and Mike went above and beyond to answer any questions I had as well as making my trade-in/ purchase a quick and painless process. I appreciate you both and look forward to all future interactions we have as you are now my go to in outdoor power equipment.

They fixed our snow blower within 2 weeks. Was easy to take to them and pick up. They explained what happened and how to prevent it. The lady that answered the phone both times I called, was very nice and helpful. They fixed it for a pretty good price I thought. I was worried it was going to be over $150-200 but nope. Came out less than I thought. I will be using them again if I need to.

I will admit that I don't know anything about lawn care. I don't even know how to start our tractor. But it doesn't matter because Sherry and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable! I was sent in with a bad part, and they quickly found a replacement one for me. Not only do they sell parts, mowers, and the like, but they will service lawn mowers as well. So, if you want to keep your investment running as it should, give Doc's a call!

This is a good repair shop for your mower or tractor. Excellent service! They go over everything, not just the specific repairs you may have or asked for... They make sure that nothing else is wrong as well.

Exceptional service! I've been a customer for years for Echo chainsaw, weed eaters, and blowers, as well as for Toro mowers; however, a few years ago I purchased a John Deere riding mower from a John Deere retailer. They were then later bought by a larger company and moved. When my John Deere mower recently broke down and needed serviced, I turned to Doc's. They are local and not corporately owned. They do phenomenal work and I couldn't be more happy with the quality of service received.
