The Pharmacist was very helpful and the frontend staff was amazing! Way better than the city I moved from.

Apparently all CVS Pharmacy falsely advertise! I paid with my healthy benefits plus card (supposed to be as good as cash at designated locations like CVS) and was denied to use my CVS card yet nothing on sale stickers or in my daily CVS emails! This is FRAUD AND DISCRIMINATION at its finest really hope they are investigated and prosecuted!!!!

Really bad experience. I'm concerned how they would treat the elderly or handicapped.

My prescriptions were sent over on Friday. I tried to call several different times waiting on hold for 8 minutes, 5 minutes, and 5 minutes to see if my prescriptions were ready. I got tired of sitting on hold so I went in late Sunday afternoon noon and they did not have my prescriptions ready. Not only that , they lied to me saying they were in the process of filling them. No, they weren't in the process and hadn't even started on them telling me it would be about 25 minutes. Not only that they closed their drive thru so you have to go inside and wait in line. There were 4 people working in the pharmacy at the time so they weren't short handed

Incredibly slow service and the store needs longer hours. Waited behind one car in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and had to leave. Came back later and they were closed by 9. I'll go to Walgreens down the road who is always helpful and has much longer hours for people to fill prescriptions.

I wanted to bring to everyone's attention a troubling performance issue with this CVS and the CVS in North Canton. If you're looking for efficient, friendly, and comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledgeable go anywhere else but the CVS stores in this area. The pharmacist at this CVS, I believe her name is Lindsay, impresses me in that she gained a pharmacy license because she seems to be severely impaired (read possibly a high functioning autism - perhaps her licenses would be better utilized in a non customer facing role) and is evidently absurdly behind, buried in baskets, and when she finally makes it out behind her area to answer a question comes across as terribly socially awkward, she will not make eye contact, breaks out into blotches on her neck, and ultimately does not answer questions fully. She is 100% focused on the b******* CVS corporate line and neglects the medical needs at the community she serves. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the district manager for these CVS stores is not even a licensed pharmacist. Tell me how in the hell that works. Please! The techs are swamped and they are so far behind and are just telling people to call corporate. It's so sad. Honestly. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else.

This store always gets me in and out quickly, no matter what time I go. This is also the busiest pharmacy I have ever been to, but they remain calm, professional and take care of all their customers and any concerns. The front-end staff if not busy are out on the floor to make sure you can find what you are looking for. They also stock well and are seldomly out of anything.

Was told by the pharmacist tech that my medication was not covered by insurance and it would cost me $11 and some change. When I got home and checked on my insurance website, it said it was a covered medication and I should have only had to pay $1.22. Called the pharmacy back and they said it wasn't covered because they were out of the individual tabs of my medication and gave it to me in a tablet sheet. No one ever told me this was the reason or even asked if I wanted to go to another nearby CVS or wait til their shipment came in. I should not have to pay for the same medication in a different dispensing system because they were out of it. Watch CVS- they did just get in trouble for charging more for people that use insurance too.
