I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Michael. I had just finished an awful work day and my phone was acting up, I was ready to lose my mind! But Michael 110% turned my day around. He went above and beyond to help me and even though I know I had given him a terribly inconvenient task, he never showed even a shred of irritation. He was so helpful, kind, and I can just tell he’s all around a very genuine person. I hope this company appreciates Michael, we need more like him in the world!THANK YOU, MICHAEL ❤️

My husband and I stopped in the Cricket wireless to check why my phone sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks. In less than a minute, the store manager Michael, had my cell back in working condition. Very good customer skills. I know where to go the next time.

I am not thrilled with their customer service at this location...i added a line to my service plan last month and was told by the worker that my bill was included in the amount that i paid at the time.. Only to find out later that it wasn't and he misinformed me. I will be switching as soon as i can to a new carrier.
