Words can't express the professional expertise, and excellent service we experienced this week. Above and beyond just buying a piece of furniture. The delivery team was equally accommodating. When all other furniture stores said it would be 1 to 2 weeks fir delivery, Casey's came through in hours. Thank you to all the staff that assisted. Highly recommended!!!

Really, the best place to get furniture. I bought a couch from them in 2008 and just bought new recliners. Best prices, big storeroom to try things out, salesmen are helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve looked at a lot of places and they are simply the best.

We have bought furniture here for years. They are great to let you just look and then help you with design when you are ready. Very good to help you solve any issues you may run into. They are also top notch for customer service when delivering.

Just purchased furniture there this past week. The furniture quality surpassed every other furniture store in stark county. They let you look around without a salesperson shadowing you the entire time. Will recommend this store to anyone searching for new furniture.

I've been purchasing here for over 35 years and every time I check their pricing and delivery for identical items against their competition (often Wayside and Andreas) their terms are the best. So nice to deal with a family owned business with no sales pressure. No social networking surveys to fill out, no QR codes to scan, and they don't need your email address - they still use the old fashioned, friendly, pen and paper way to do business!

Jim, Joe and Don as family still run this old-school style business that has wonderful customer service and excellent pricing - so different from most furniture stores. I have been dealing here for 30 years and while I shop around, they still can't be beat for selection, quality and price.

I made my first purchase at Casey’s Countryside Furniture in 1974 and have bought many items from them ever since. I recently needed to purchase two couches, two power recliner chairs, two swivel chairs and an ottoman for my home. Knowing that this purchase would be expensive, I decided to get estimates on each item from other stores to see if I could save some money. I contacted the local large “family” furniture store chain in the Canton area, the well-known furniture store in Akron, and also travelled to Sugarcreek to check out the popular store in that area. Each store gave me estimates on each item as well as a total cost if I purchased all items from them. Casey’s Countryside Furniture gave me a better price ON EVERY ITEM than any of these other stores offered. Their delivery was also free which wasn’t the case with some of the other store. I saved several hundreds of dollars with Casey’s as well as got the usual outstanding service from Jim, Joe, Don, and Bob that they always provide. I HIGHLY recommend Casey’s Countryside Furniture for any of your furniture needs. Stop in and check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

I guess the customer service ends after the sale!We bought a chair from Casey’s and purchased the fabric warranty. We filed a claim for the warranty and we were informed that we apparently forgot to send in paperwork that we never knew about, so they’re refusing to cover the chair.We’ve called Casey’s and left a message and they covered the warranty! Thanks!
