I'm only giving 5 stars because I can't give more. My wife and I had an account recently comprimised and we had to wait a while before our funds were restored and had an unknown charge placed on our new account. We were thinking "Here we go again". Fortunately I had gone to the Chase Bank branch in Massillon where Diane Buonaspina and Shelli Caplea were there to help me figure out what was going on. They were patient and thorough in addressing my concerns and eventually we were able to determine what the issue was.I've been a Chase Bank Customer since 2011 and have worked with these ladies over the years, Always friendly and always willing to help when there is any sort of a problem or question.Day in and day out they provide consistently excellent service and represent the absolute best of their profession and industry and provide a valuable service to the local community at large. These ladies should be should be recognized and rewarded for their efforts. Thank you Diane and Shelli for all you do!!!

Business account members with a terrible experience. Appointments have to be made for every single thing. If you need to open and account, close an account, get a notary, etc! It's ridiculous. Also the hold they put on your checks is beyond ridiculous and it's not just personal checks! All checks they put a hold on even bank checks. They basically have held our money hostage. The accounts will now be opened and closed in the same month. Going back to our old bank! Do better Chase, do better!!

The branch manager is rude, customer doesn’t exist here, she is rude and combative! Gave us the wrong information and wasted much of our time here! This is not what I expected from chase bank, and never dealt with at all! Will drive the extra 30 minutes for better service!

Went to the drive through yesterday at 3:45. No one was there. The place was dark. Called got a message saying they could not speak with me because they were with other customers. The other customers inline were as perplexed as I was.

This banks ATM is constantly down or out of cash. Fire the bank manager immediately! I have to enter the old decrepit building more than I should due to this HUGE inconvenience. Probably going to look for better options in my future banking

We are in a time right now where things do not need to be made difficult for people when the majority is already struggling. If you are looking for that from this branch, you will be slapped hard with disappointment. Ohio driver's license just doesn't cut it as a valid enough form of ID so make sure you have bill dated for tomorrow because the tyrants here are REAL particular on their dates of the secondary form of identification. There is a time where common sense needs to override policy, but these people obviously are lacking in that department as well as ANY sense of empathy or compassion. The check from THEIR customer, can't be cashed because the bill I had as secondary ID wasn't current enough, even though exact same name and address as on the license, and a SIMPLE PHONE CALL to the customer who wrote the check could of verified anything they needed. May every single one of these tyrants be in a dire circumstance some day and I pray that they receive the EXACT same treatment as they gave in someone else's time of need.....damn this branch to hell! You are some real pieces of garbage!

Massillon Chase Tellers are helpful. Bankers are slow, not interested in helping or unavailable. I’ve given the bankers the benefit of the doubt on three occasions over the year due to the location convenience. I will not be back for their help in Massillon. The Belden Village Office, quite the opposite-helpful, eager and always available. I will make the trip across town from now on.

Walked into this bank at 3:50pm Tuesday and greeted by a teller who asked how I could be helped. I told her I needed to close my late fathers bank account. She then had a brief talk with the banker next to her and then asked if I could come in tomorrow because they didn't have time to help me. I let her know I couldn't come back tomorrow because I was from a different state. The teller then walked over to another banker who sits at the last desk from the main entrance. After another brief talk this tall blonde banker charged directly towards me and got directly into my face as to intimidate me and tell me they do not have any 4 o'clock appointments and I needed to come back tomorrow. I was beside myself! I could not believe how aggressive and rude she was so I didn't say a word and walked out. Went to the Tusc. Canton Location and received great customer service.Terrible customer service at Massillon Branch and they earned this one star.
