I’m a first time customer
In a business transaction the one thing that I appreciate the most is honesty. I brought a window in and was quoted 10-14 days for glass replacement.
At the end of the day I waited 25 days for this to happen and I wasn’t even called by the business. I had to call in to inquire and magically my window was ready today.
Imagine that.
When a business gives me their word on anything I 100% hold them to it.
Due to this company’s lack of organization or lack of care (I’m not sure which one)
I’ve been showing a house on the market with a broken window.
I’m still at the store waiting for them to install the glass into my window. I was told this would take 30-45 minutes and I’m currently on minute 69 and counting.
Janice the shop manager didn’t seem to happy about me calling her out regarding the gross miscalculation of how long it would actually take and was rather passive aggressive with her response about how the guy repairing my window is new and there’s nothing she can do about it.
What a joke CEE B glass is.
Not happy. Won’t be back and every contact that I have in this business will know about my experience here.

Accidentally broke a piece of glass on a storm window at 1:00 p.m. on a Friday. They were able to cut a new piece of glass for me in an hour. Awesome company.

Great Company! I have always recommended them for shower doors, but I never knew they did windshield repairs. I got a quote from them and was shocked! It was the best price around. It was $55 for the first repair and only $15 more for the second. Places around wanted around $100 each! I had them do the repairs, and it looks great! Also I was waiting for my car with my toddler, about 45 minutes, and one lady was so nice. She brought out a few books and toys so my toddler could us.

2nd windshield I had replaced by them and they were amazing both times…. Super fast and affordable. This is the first and only place I’ll go to for a future replacement. Great job CEE-B

Highly recommend! We walked out to a broken window on one of our trucks this past Friday and Cee-B glass was able to get a window ordered and installed that following Monday. With cold weather we really needed quick service and they more than delivered! Thank you!

Had small chip in windshield repaired. They were pleasant and professional. Got me in and out. Can't even see the chip. When I tell people what I paid they say it was a bit less than other's charge. Very satisfied.

Took window frames to have new glass put in, the lady came out to my car, took them in, measured them, gave me a price for glass and plexiglass, very nice, professional and friendly.update...sorry I took them there, still waiting,everytime I call I ger "we are working on them" it's cold now! I need my windows!
