I’ve been going to this location for about a year now and I have had a great experience each and every time. All of the employees are super nice and so helpful. The store is so clean and VERY organized. I definitely recommend this location 1000% :)

This store location was thoroughly clean and organized. I had a particular scent I was searching for and couldn’t find because of all their wonderful smelling products. The staff was very polite and helpful in helping me find and choose the scents I wanted. The young woman who helped me was extremely patient, polite, and well mannered which is a hard thing to find in the retail industry nowadays. She even took the time to help me sign up for future offers. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

I’ve been coming here to this specific location for years spending thousands of dollars, The manager here is a snobby little brat & she’s very rude! After what she did today, I won’t be back at that location because when I walk in at alliance location or even the mall, I’m treated like I should be & they take care of me always! I spent $200 & used a 20% off coupon & I noticed it didn’t take so I went back to get my discount & she tried to refuse it because it was a picture of a coupon from a friend! She said it wasn’t allowed but that’s not true seeings how nobody else gives me an issue. I spend way too much & for some reason this manager doesn’t like me & I can’t go back there because of her attitude & customer service skills!

What can I say....my money is literally burning up in candle smoke. Oh where did it go? Already had somewhere around 50, yet rushed out and bought 8 more for your Candle Day 2023. You have me wrapped Bath and Body Works. You owe your marketing team a huge raise.

Went in 3 times recently and was told the Wallflower Autumn Refill was not in yet. Went back 2 weeks ago and it's sold out and your not getting it back in stock. But there are a million other refills. The person in charge of ordering it dropped the ball. Therefore will not shop there again.

The Massillon Bath & Body Works has excellent customer service with a knowledgeable team of employees. The store is very clean and well organized. The store manager, Beth, is the best!!!
