Love love love autozone. I didn’t catch the guys name but he was so sweet to help me get my headlight bulbs in to my car. Due to oriellys telling me otherwise that they couldn’t do it. So I went to autozone the guy didn’t hesitate to help me at all!!! Thank you to you sir keep up the awesome work that you do!!!?

Like literally imagine eating in line and a old white hair man completely ignores you and your daughter waiting in line only to help someone else waking right into the door and not even a second later you are talking to you daughter and boom 2 times I'm done with the wrong part the 3 trips every time and the poor customer service

Angel was so helpful! I needed a new bulb for my headlight. He went out to my car to check to be sure I was getting the correct bulb. I was nervous about putting it in and he ended up putting the bulb in for me before i left! Thank you so much Angel!

Very rude! Stopped in today shortly after a 12 hr shift. The remote to my car stopped working, possibly because it was dropped or maybe the battery. Online it says they sell them so I stopped in because my normal key shop is closed and will be closed again tomorrow by the time another 12-hour shift. I was completely ignored when I first walked in (even though I was the only customer). I waited by the counter for a moment before just looking around for myself. I was about to walk out when one of the workers asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them what I needed. He acted as if I was completely inconveniencing him by even asking if they had the remotes. I explained that I wasn't sure what was wrong with it but I was unable to lock my car without it. He said "well the battery is going to run you like 10 bucks and a remote is going to cost you anywhere from $75 to over $100" talk to me as if there's no way I could have even afford a $10 battery. There was no reason for the three of these men to speak to me the way they did. Refuse help me in any way and rush me out of their store. I will never return. This was a completely horrible experience and they should not be allowed to work in customer service.

I had to get the brackets that hold the rear glass on replaced on my escape, Jason the store manager took his time and helped do this while doing a majority of the work. He is GREATLY appreciated.

I had a bad battery that I needed tested and replaced. This was my first time coming to Autozone for this specific reason, so I was a bit hesitant on how the process would work. Angel R. was a great help. He tested the battery and replaced a new one for me without any issues within 10 minutes. Could not be happier with the results.
