Great business idea, bad ethos. Been lied to 3 seperate occasions.
After buying 3 sets of tires here, 3 seperate times over the last 2 years I can safely say this: They lied to my face every single time I asked them if the tires I bought would include a wheel balance service after being mounted to my rims. They said: "Yes". I have had two other auto shops check the balance of these wheels they supposedly balanced, shortly after purchase to confirm: they were severely out of balance with either very old or no weights on the rims. I knew they weren't balanced because as soon as I got on the highway they were giving me sever wobble.
When somebody lies to my face after 3 chances - I dont care how cheap and high quality the products are. You're getting one star, as well as complaints to the Ohio Attorney General office for false advertisement, and an ethical complaint to the BBB.
They're actually charging people per tire to balance wheels and then not balancing them. It's added into the mounting cost they said.
i wonder how many of the 5 star reviewers have no idea about this practice. Finding out they werent balanced later, what did they think? That it was just merely wear and age since the install?
Shady business practice like this is what is making professional services as a whole look non chalant in today's age. Where can you find a business that actually cares about what theyre doing and isnt trying to rip you off or cut corners? More people need to speak up / be aware about these businesses so they get weeded out.

It's the first time I came to this place to change a tire, I came because of the good reviews and I definitely had a pleasant experience, I got the tire for a good price and they repaired an air leak in one of my tires and all at a good price. Excellent service, 100% recommended.

I had great service at ADT! I called in several days in advance to verify if they had tires for my SUV! I was explained in detail over the phone the condition of the tires and was offered to come in and check them out. Although they are a “first come first serve” store, i was able to get there and they still had them. When i arrived he showed me the tires, explained everything and as long as i agreed he put them on. It took them 30 mins to change all 4 tires effortlessly. Awesome customer service!
