I’m new to the area and I brought my labradoodle to Chris at Wags and Whiskers for the first time. I communicated with him exactly what I wanted and was extremely disappointed and upset with what I got. I was so upset that when I got home, I tried to look him up to see if he actually had a dog groomers license. Come to find out to my surprise you don’t need a dog groomers license in the United States to groom dogs! After learning this, I am convinced he has never had a dog grooming class in his life!!! I have no idea how this guy has 4 1/2 stars he is terrible!!! This is what I paid $85 for!!!! The first picture is What I asked for and the second picture is what I got.
Last when I got home, I text Chris, how upset I was with his sloppy work and he never replied!!! Do not bring your dog here you will regret it!!!

I have a 3 year old Yorkie who is very anxious. Chris did an amazing job. He sent pics throughout the grooming process and communicated every step of the way. You CAN NOT put a price on that kind of peace of mind. I would recommend him to anyone!

Chris is a dog whisperer! My Pups, Toby and Tess, absolutely love going to his salon. They come back looking and smelling amazing, with the happiest tail wags. It's clear that Chris genuinely cares about the dogs he grooms and goes above and beyond to make the experience positive. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE Winslow’s Wags and Wiggles! Chris, the owner (groomer) is so wonderful with my dog, Reese! She doesn’t get nervous to go and comes home looking and smelling amazing!! Many of my friends and neighbors go to him now as well!! Highly recommend!!!

We’ve recently discovered Winslow’s Wags and Wiggles, and if you’re a dog owner in the Mason area you should as well. This is a one-man-show that goes above and beyond to provide an amazing experience when it comes to pet grooming. From the time we booked our appointment, until we picked up our dog the owner was tremendous, very communicate, and you can tell he’s very passionate about what he does. 100% recommend anyone who is looking for a pet groomer, please look no further than Winslow’s Wags and Wiggles!

Winslow's Wags & Wiggles was OUTSTANDING! Our basset hound had rolled in something while we were visiting family up here and he was able to fit us in at the last minute AND the cost was exactly what we pay back home. Couldn't be happier! We'll be back next time we're up visiting! A++++

We just took our Lucy and Suzie to Chris!! He is amazing! We got picture updates and he's checked up on them afterwards. Chris made us feel comfortable and that our babies were safe in his hands. Definitely plan to continue taking our babies to him!! 10/10 recommend!!

It was my dogs 1st visit I have 2 miniature schnauzers and I was nervous about it but Chris is a awesome groomer his communication was amazing I highly recommend him if your looking for a good groomer for your special pup

This was my Calli’s first grooming experience and she did great!! Chris did an amazing job and we will definitely be repeat customers!! I love that Chris did progress pictures and kept in touch with me the entire time Calli was with him.
