Oh walgreens, You used to be good and reliable but now its awful, for a person with a disibility, walgreens used to stock all my medication in house, now they have central fill in indiana and its a mess, either they dont have it at all anymore or they cant pull it back because it will take 2 days. The staff here is not the friendliest. I have been using this pharmacy off and on since march 2020 when covid started. There has been a staff change and some are good and some are awful. The walgreens central fill system is awful and run poorly. Meijer and kroger have had central fill for years and it is okay but they allow there staff in stores to pull meds to stkre level if needed quicker, and also meijer has central fill deliverys on saterdays. So Im not sure How much longer I will use this walgreens and thats a shame because walgreens used to be good

Why does this pharmacy not carry medicine? Every time my kids Dr's call in a prescription they say they need to order it. If I call in a refill it will take 3 days to get. I don't always have 3 days left! Oldest pharmacy and don't have meds on hand. Never seen this before. Was told they don't know when they could get liquid iron in stock. Today I was told my sons non stimulant adhd medicine is ordered from the warehouse for the amount needed for every prescription which could take up to 5 days. What is that about? I am switching pharmacies and don't know where to go..CVS is no better! I know there is a shortage on medicine but not every medicine! This pharmacy just don't carry it. Don't understand.
Then they never give me a direct answer of when it will be in or ready. I need to know, my kids meds are important and shouldn't miss doses! Ridiculous

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store with a good morning. Store was very clean. Typical Walgreens selections. Both staff that I encountered were friendly.

pulled up to drive through window to see the pharmacist lady talking trash about the previous customer that just pulled away! she didn't even LOOK at me for 2 whole minutes bc she was so caught up gossiping with another pharmacist. she eventually asked me what i needed and then took another 3 minutes to tell me that they were out of my prescription for another 3 days!!!! she was so so rude with the way she spoke to me, had an attitude the entire time, and told me that she couldn't send it over to another pharmacy (when my doctor said minutes later that she easily could have) to avoid me calling my doctor after hours!!!! i've never encountered a person in the pharmacy that should absolutely not have their job until now. absolutely horrible experience- enough for me to permanently change my pharmacy to cvs !

Pharmacy is awful - poor customer service! Non-Pharmacy Staff/ Clerks - are awesome! Friendly and delightful! Pharmacy staff could learn from Non-Pharmacy Staff!!

Yes I'm Yelping a Walgreens. Went to buy a berry lipstick and the cosmetics lady Rhonda assisted me as if I was in a department store. It was great found a great match with makeup and other stuff. Rhonda is really knowledgeable about the products as most drug store make ups don't have testers. She is not pushy and can check you out if you're in a hurry at the counter, but also can answer questions and assist with matching tones. Why pay department store prices when you can go see Rhonda at Walgreens! I feel pretty! Lol!
