The sales associate was incredibly helpful, I believe his name was Blake. The other associate I dealt with who checked me in was friendly as well. This overall rating is due to the condescending prick of a store manager. I won't go to this verizon again even though it's closest because he doesn't deserve to have business help get his sales quotas to make it seem like he is actually competent at his job. In response to your comment: Obviously you aren't trying to improve since the majority of these negative comments that have you at a 1.9 customer average at this location over the last number of years are mainly focused on the poor service and attitude of the store manager. He's still there and hasn't changed his behavior, so... you don't care.

The store manger Chris is extremely rude. Refused to help me. Didn't even attempt to look into my situation to try to understand. I have been a customer for a long time. Never again will I go to this location again. I will drive further than to see them again. My bill is always messed up and everyone is bouncing me around from department to department. Unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location.

This Verizon has helped me many times with my phone troubles and all the workers are sooo sweet!!!! They are ready to help!! Destiny was really sweet as well!!!

Wow. I have always been able to get great service at this location but not anymore. Came in a week or so ago and since then I noticed my bill has been messed up so came in just to go over it and talk to someone since the changes I made were at this store but today I encountered a manager named Chris who refused to even hear me out or talk to me just kept saying call customer service. I didn’t ask him to fix anything, just to help go over it with me and refused. Completely lazy & rude, sad that they will hire anyone for customer service these days. He makes them look bad because I have always had fantastic service at this location, I’ve never been turned away. I have a sick kid at home and came all the way down to the store for help just to be turned away by someone too lazy to take 5 minutes to help. Sad. I’ve been with Verizon for YEARS. Guess it’s time to check out the competition.

I was a customer of Verizon. Moved away and forgot my PIN. Got billed by Verizon. The asked me to go the store to verify my ID and I went 3 times and they refused to verify my IF even with Verizon customer service on the line.If I ever go back to Verizon, I will not step a foot in this store, if stays open. Verizon investigating them

After waiting 30 minutes to speak to with someone about an update. Was told by salesman, Lee (I think his name was). That he was not going to help me because he would have to send an email or text to the owner of the account who can authorize the upgrade and said he’s “not going to do that tonight”. Then told me I can try to buy the phone from Best Buy or another electronics store.

Employee with the name Zach is the perfect Liar, please don’t let him fool you, Last time when we come to this store the same guy serve us with my phone plan, he lied to us that my phone was breaking down, that I need to buy a new phone which I did buy a new phone, but there was nothing wrong with the phone, I paid off that phone and finance the other new phone, this time the same guy with the name Zach serve us again, he tried to fool us again, we wanted to upgrade one of our Family plan phone, Zach said we have to upgrade our plan in order to proceed to upgrade my old phone, my actual plan was $45 for each line, he said we need to upgrade it for $55 plan and get a new phone, so I called to the customer service, they said I don’t have to upgrade my plan and Customer service could upgrade my phone online easy and fast, this guy can say any lie to get his commission or whatever, please be careful !!!
