Lee is a solid guy that’s personable and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and had no intention of pressuring me, he gave out options that fit every need I had and was quick and precise in helping me. Ask for Lee if you’re in the market for a new device.

Every single time I visit this location, I'm greeted with bad attitudes, chips on shoulders, the sense that all my questions are stupid and a reaction that me coming in is a total inconvenience to the employees.
To whomever is managing this location, many of your staff are embarrassing you and the Verizon brand. Weed out the bad apples ASAP. Your overall low review is score indicative of something that needs fixing.
To Verizon customers, go to another location where they will be helpful and respectful.

Not alot of help not a corporate store. Guy working didn't try amd help. Got a new Verizon phone needed help activating it said he couldn't since it wasn't the right kind of Verizon store but if we spent $200 on new phone and Sim he could.

Horrible customer service. There were 4 employees doing nothing but scrolling on their phones and the manager does not want to help. Just says to call an 800 number even though when I called I was told I had to go to a store

One star for customer service in-store. I have no proof if this store is an actual Verizon store versus an "authorized reseller", however, I believe it to be an actual store. On Monday, March 4th, we went to the store to transfer my phone line away from my wife's account for business reasons. I was handed a phone number for their AOL department while being told that they couldn't do it in the store. We sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half while on the phone with various Verizon support people to get the account transfer complete. I asked one of the support people if the employees in the store could do this. The tech replied yes, if it's a Verizon store and not an "authorized reseller" and was surprised and apologetic that no one in the store would help us. There were four employees in the store that afternoon with no customers and we were handed a phone number instead of someone helping us.

I worked with Zachary today, my phone 'BRICKED" up and I needed a phone bad.. Zachary helped me right away and had me out the door in 20 minutes. I will def recommend asking for Zachary and I'll be back

The sales associate was incredibly helpful, I believe his name was Blake. The other associate I dealt with who checked me in was friendly as well. This overall rating is due to the condescending prick of a store manager. I won't go to this verizon again even though it's closest because he doesn't deserve to have business help get his sales quotas to make it seem like he is actually competent at his job. In response to your comment: Obviously you aren't trying to improve since the majority of these negative comments that have you at a 1.9 customer average at this location over the last number of years are mainly focused on the poor service and attitude of the store manager. He's still there and hasn't changed his behavior, so... you don't care.

The store manger Chris is extremely rude. Refused to help me. Didn't even attempt to look into my situation to try to understand. I have been a customer for a long time. Never again will I go to this location again. I will drive further than to see them again. My bill is always messed up and everyone is bouncing me around from department to department. Unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location.
