MAI- worse pedicure that I have experienced. Run, do not go here. Mai was incredibly rude, talked about me to the other tech- which I pointed out and she agreed with a smile. Then when she was using the sponge to scrub my feet, she dropped it on the floor and then picked up and went straight back to my feet with the same scrub sponge (did not rinse off or anything). Also, she used the drill to remove my nail polish and kept hurting me. I only had a small amount of polish on one toe and could easily be removed with acetone- I did not have on gel polish. Painful and unacceptable. Never spoke to me just talked about me to the other tech.
I encourage to read other reviews about MAI- not so good!
My daughter was with me and the cute tech did good on her pedicure- but it was all ruined due to the RUDENESS of MAI. Worse customer service ever!
If you want to feel discriminated against- have a pedicure with instruments off the ground- then this is your place; ask for Mai and its sure to happen!

The staff is friendly and the space is pleasant and comfortable. Chan always does a great job —- he’s warm, welcoming and professional!

One of the worse pedicures I have ever gotten! He was so busy talking to the other nail techs he didn’t pay attention to what he was doing. I asked him to file my nails and not cut them. He cut them anyway! He flooded the cuticle with polish and didn’t paint the end of my nail where he cut them off. He left the edge of the nail rough and didn’t file it.

I used to come here with my mom, aunt, and friends as a big group and drop $500-$1000 on services but I will not be returning after my last experience. I brought in my mom & aunt for mani & pedis. I specifically requested regular pedicures and gel manicures for all of us over the phone. When I arrived, I checked into our appointment and I was asked once again what I was coming in for - which by the way is a bit frustrating given I already gave that information over the phone - and I repeated 3 regular pedicures and 3 gel manicures. They sent us to go pick colors. We were seated close to each other which I appreciated. The suddenly I see them pulling out UV lamps to cure our feet and I'm like wait a second...my mom and aunt do not speak english and do not go to the salon other than when I take them so I know they did not request this. They also mentioned to me after that they pointed at their regular polish bottles and the techs ignored them. Again, I just ignored it and went along with it. I don't like to make scenes and the extra $100 was fine for a longer lasting polish but it definitely did not sit well with me. The tech doing my nails seemed frustrated that I was wanting gel and pushed me to do dip. I didn't notice because we had been there so long but she botched a couple of my nails and so I had to come back. Additionally I didn't bring cash the first appt so I brought back $80 to tip on my $400 bill. The tech wasted a ton of time and was not listening to me and kept telling me how busy it was. So the vibe I was getting was that I was not important and that I was wasting her time. It did not feel homey or accepting. A lot of the techs there know me so it's very sad to be treated like some annoying customer coming to waste their time on a nail THEY botched while coming back to give them an almost $100 tip. The whole situation ended with me in tears and paying over $40 for an eyebrow wax. Absolutely horribly handled and will NEVER come back. They talk in their language under their breath when a situation gets tough so you know they're talking about you. Not a good experience and very sad that I will not be going back.

Mai is fabulous! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! My nails are always amazing. I just had her do an ombré manicure and she is an artist!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I got an acrylic set done here just over two weeks ago with my mother in law when my husband and I was visiting her, well fast forward to today and I will to my local girl and she removed the acrylic set and come to find out they use MMA acrylic!!! Which is illegal!! I spent a lot of money as well and am extremely upset they have no respect for their customers!!

Basic Pedicure was good for all 3 of us. My Eyebrow waxing was amazing. My mother asked for the same color on her toes and nails and got dark green toes and a teal gel nails. My daughter told me that her tech was very rough with her manicure and she asked her not to be so rough a few times. My sns dip powder nails are a complete disaster as in wavy, bumpy, very thick in spots. We don't plan on going back.

Been here 4-5 times but the service has deteriorated over time. They no longer stand behind their work.
Was in yesterday getting an acrylic full set regular polish and paid $42 + tip for it. It’s not even been 24 hours and it has already started chipping. I called to ask if they would fix it and I was told I would have to pay an additional $31 for it.
What’s worse is I could see some smudges forming while the artist was working on my nails yesterday, and she declined to fix it - stating that I needed to get a more expensive gel polish if I didn’t want smudges. Why even offer the “cheaper” option if you can’t stand by the quality of your work?

Daughter wanted acrylic nails removed and express manicure. Technician ended up charging for regular manicure which included towels just quickly draped over arms and no message. The end result was horribly painted nails with paint all over her fingers and crazy filed nails. Technician had a scowl on her face entire time removing acrylic nail. She was aggravated they were so thick. They were the ones that originally put nails on to begin with. This was by far worst experience we’ve had at this location.
