I want to give a big shoutout to Gus at the Mason, OH location! After having a really disappointing experience at the Lebanon location, I was hesitant to try dropping off a large Amazon return again. But since the Mason store is close to my work and I needed to return the item before getting charged, I decided to give it a shot.
I’m so glad I did—Gus went above and beyond. He not only helped me carry multiple heavy boxes into the store, but he also took the time to repackage the return to make sure everything was secure and ready to be sent back. His kindness and helpfulness completely turned the experience around. Thank you, Gus!

I always enjoy outstanding service here. The employees are friendly, professional and VERY careful about getting the details right. They always seem busy but I never seem to have to wait. Keep up the great work!

These guys are super nice and helpful! I had a package that was a bit late being delivered. The hard part was that it happened right before I was leaving on a business trip for 2 weeks. They made a note and made sure it was still at the store when I got home! Just picked it up. Yay! Thanks so much!

I have always used this location to drop off packages and everyone is so kind! They are helpful and quick. I love the do it yourself scanner if there is a small line since I always pre-print my labels. Highly suggest this place!

Good luck getting any help if you have any issues, apparently if there's a mistake with a delivery it's the customer's fault and not an employees. And they won't give your money back.
