Sales associates are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I only wish they could offer the same fantastic sales in store that they offer online, though I know this isn't the fault of those working at this store. When I need to go to a Talbot's, this is my favorite location.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -- Not surprising to read that this store has such poor customer service. I was in this store for over 45 minutes on a "scooter" since I had recent foot surgery. Not once did anyone ask if I needed assistance or anyone else for that matter. There needs to be a little life in that store. What a shame. I certainly am not handicap by any means but assisting the customers certainly would be appreciated. Perhaps they are doing their job but offering help is a big part of that!! I can't imagine an elderly person getting any help there. Very disappointing!!

Poor customer service. I asked about a sweater in the front window. I was told I'm helping someone right now; that is no problem as I can wait my turn. I waited about 15 minutes and she then was helping another customer. The other sales associate was too busy with another customer chitchatting, comparing the sizes of their homes, and "one-upping" each other. I gave up and just left.

Not only do they have beautiful clothing but the Deerfield store is the friendliest Talbots around! Very helpful friendly associates.

I enjoy shopping at this Talbot’s every time I go in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I used to buy from the catalog but now prefer going into the store!
