**Terrible Experience at Speedway**
I had an appalling experience at Speedway recently. I needed to warm water for my baby's food and asked an employee if I could use their microwave. A young intern was kind enough to start helping me, but then a rude lady at the counter blatantly lied, saying they didn't have a microwave, even though it was right there in plain sight. Her complete lack of empathy and refusal to help in a simple, urgent request was shocking. This level of disrespect and unkindness is unacceptable. I will not be returning to Speedway and do not recommend it to anyone.

Every gas pump is down and you don't find this out until you either go to pay for the gas to begin pumping or go inside and ask what's wrong. No signs on the pumps or even on the door of the building. Nothing. We were lucky the Shell across the street had working gas pumps since we were on E.

Best Speedway I have been into for a long time. The only.negative is the sbeaky trick.of getting in here because it is setup so close to the exit ramp. Otherwise super friendly staff, clean store, nice batgrkims, and all the frills on Speedway. Lotto Kiosk, ATM, cold foods, hot foods PIZZA. So nice here.

Absolutely terrible! The restroom was nasty!! Urinal that didn't work that still had urine in it! Bathroom dirty with a carpet drying fan blowing. I felt dirtier after washing my hands than what I did before going in. Wouldn't purchase anything that didn't come presealed in a package from here!

Sherri the store manager here has very poor customer service skills and it shows, she favors her favorites and if ur not on that list, u just won't get great customer service. I love shopping at Speedway but this location is one I will always skip. Horrible customer service, not just from Sherri the store manager but from several store associates as well. Avoid is you like good customer service.
