The water for washing the windshield was good, but we wanted to use gas rewards, and the app said we could get 10 cent per gallon, but the pump didn’t do it.

Pumped gas on 9/7/23 card information was stolen. No losses but when I called to let them know their pumps were compromised they brushed me off and hung up.Never going here again

Had a little trouble using KROGER fuel rewards.Had to enter PLUS card number on keypad to get discount. Pump shut off before gas tank was full.

Didn't think I would enjoy going to a gas station but I now look forward to my daily stops here. The attendants are nice, courteous and helpful. They told me to get and use the discount card for cents off. (Like the Kroger card for cents off) if I forget my card I just use my alt id # and I'm fine too. Shout out to my 2 favorite attendants Missy and Hope they are what makes it always a smile and great sense of humor they actually care about the customers. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys!!

Someone please tell me how a gas station with 2 restaurants can legally close their public restrooms to keep from cleaning them. Shame on YOU Shell, Dunkin, and Popeyes!! DO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION.

Stopped in here on my way back home from a trip in Ohio do use the restroom and get some gas it was a decent little establishment the bathrooms could use an upgrade in my opinion they were a little on the not so nice side that's all reason why I'm giving it to three gas was good prices

Pumps would not accept alt ID from either Kroger or Shell's Loyalty programs even though both were supposed to be honored. Unless you can turn right on both entry and exit can be very difficult to get in and out.

This shell is the worst. They upgrade the pumps only for them not to work. Also it never takes your kroger card or the kroger alternate ID number. This is the only shell gas station I ever have problems with.

So I go in there to get a drink and candy. The candy says buy 2 large candy bars 2 for 3.5. So why did I get charged 3.9 . When I asked the clerk he says I dont know and goes back to his cell phone. Like wth.
