Very disappointed, You QUIT DOING CLAY BAR WAX. I planned according to weather & time of day to have my car detailed to make it easier on your staff. While my interior clean was done well the wax job was more important. I was having it done as a gift & now it’s not complete. Very disappointed!

Aka...Pro-Clean Car Wash... Thank you for FINALLY fixing the potholes that were way too deep, for way too long, and could easily ruin the rims on your vehicle!! I don't know who to thank, you or Bob Evans, but whoever it was, thank you for the patchwork?

Had a single wash, and they started charging monthly. I paid for 4 months before I realized it, and when I wanted to cancel, they charged for that month as well.Never hand over your credit card to them.

I usually go to Mike's. This was a change and then ngs went well. The price was what I expected and I got a hand dry as well. If nothing else the line is shorter here so it saves you time. Thumbs High! ?

My car was damaged on both sides. Nick took the report and wrote out the complaint form on 4/8/2024 with the promise to follow up in 3 to 5 business days. I’m still waiting for that callback, Nick.
Do not trust your car to them.

We just spent $130 on a full detail inside of my car and it was awful. They didn’t wipe hardly anything down, we paid for the extra detail and I had to come behind and rewipe everything because they left a mess in my car. It was absolutely terrible. Also, going through the car wash on the outside they completely missed my wheel wells and it looks terrible. This place neeeds to try harder. We also tipped the guys $20 and yet they did a terrible job. Don’t go here, waste of time and money!!

They charge for vacuums. I’ve only ever been to two places that CHARGE for the vacuums. Considering most other places do not charge I can’t possibly fathom why anyone would come here.

Everyone does a great job.
However, April 6, 2024 at 9:47 PM your garage door was up, and lights were on. I was at the stop light and noticed the garage door open and lights on.
I have never noticed this before. I called, and was not able to leave a message.
I looked on your website, and no emergency contact or email on the website.
I hope everything is okay.
