Weird service. People working in their act weird don't know what they're doing.i ask one of the teller if they had some available to talk about my account she said its gonna b couple hours but ppl workin were walking around stabding doing nothing .They need to get better service.

Mark was our bank teller, he was super nice and took great care of us getting our account address change and checks ordered for us.

It amazes me that people in a service industry can be so condescending and rude. like they're doing ME a favor. Oh. And I shouldn't be concerned at all with having to TAKE OFF WORK just to have an official and overly self important "banker" with cushy hours fill out a form anyone could fill out. CUSTOMER service is dead. pompous jerks rule now.

Am long time PNC customer calling in and am on hold on cell for 12 minutes (told a short hold) and on office phone for 4 minutes (told short hold on this line also). Seems cannot afford good staff or enough people to service customers on phone. Maybe need to find a bank that is not so focused on profits and instead has good service??

i typically do not write reviews, but i am unsure who to get in contact with about matters like this, and hopefully someone will see this review and find a solution to the problem. i work at a business in the area. we use pnc bank for our deposits, change orders, etc. i go here pretty much 3-4 times a week to drop deposits off. literally every single time i am in here the employees are so rude. they have attitudes constantly. they made me feel literally so dumb the first time i went in there because i said, "i'm dropping off deposits" instead of "i have deposits". i understand how that can be miscommunicated, but to just be blatantly rude and make me feel stupid is unacceptable. i've had NUMEROUS times where employees were just straight up rude. i can count on my fingers how many times i've had a good experience here and that's honestly sad given the amount of times i've stopped at this place. and as i see, i'm not the only person who these people have been unpleasant with. if i was this consistently rude at work, i wouldn't have a job. same should apply any where. thanks.

This branch doesn't keep the hours they advertise. Customer service isn't great either... Showed up right before close, which I never do but didn't have a choice this time. Just needed to drop a deposit. All drive thru lanes said "closed" 5 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. No response on the speaker. Went to the front door, and it was locked. The bank manager in the lobby did an excellent job of avoiding eye contact with me. Instead he choose to stare at his phone while I knocked on the door. I know I arrived just a few minutes before close, but it was still before close. They should change their closing time to 5:55 instead of 6. That would be more accurate.
