Their prices are competitive and they are located within few miles of large hardware stores. But. “I’ve been coming to this show for years, and it is such a phenomenal expo; the best monthly show I’ve ever been to, actually. We drive 5 hours each way from Michigan to attend monthly. There’s a ton of quality vendors, and the show organizers stand behind the vendors they allow in the doors. You won’t find shifty people with animals in poor conditions at this show. Everyone brings healthy critters and so many vendors are great to talk to and very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Check it out if you’re on the fence!”

“We’ve been going to Earthwise at Harpers Point since they opened. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We moved 30 minutes away and STILL go out of our way to come here. On top of the excellent quality and selection of pet food and supplies is unmatched customer service. The ladies that work the register are absolutely amazing. I always get a couple large bags of dog food when I come in and they always offer to help me carry them to my car. You will not get the top notch service that you get here anywhere else.”

“I love this place! $5 gives you 7 minutes in one of their clean dog wash stations. The water is warm, and the nozzle provides shampoo, conditioner, deodorizer, and they have doggy cologne (applied separately, not available via nozzle). You can also dry your pup with the powerful blow dryer. I have a short haired medium-sized dog that I can get clean and dry in 7 minutes, but you might need more time if you have a larger dog. The staff are friendly and I have only had to wait for a station once. They also provide professional grooming and the groomers are always busy, so call ahead for those services.”

“This was a very tiny Tractor Supply, but it had some of what we needed. Disappointing garden center (just a handful of Bonnie plants on a shelf outside), but some legitimately interesting garden supplies inside (raised beds, pots, fertilizers, equipment, etc.). The cashier was very friendly and checked us out quickly. All in all, a decent experience.”

“Very pleased with the Waterstone Blvd Petco for grooming of my two mid-sized dogs. They were pretty rough for wear and I was able to get an appointment within a week for both of them at a time that worked for my schedule. Cayley did great and her care for them and the level of detail she showed in their haircuts was definitely noticed. 10/10 recommend. We'll be back for grooming in the future for sure. I don't have a good picture of Nigel, but this photo is of my Maisy pup. She was a shaggy mop prior to her appointment!”

Forcing us to have to purchase online if possible or very least try substituting with alternative product etc. Have had fish and 3 dogs my whole adult life and when the first local pet shop closed we transferred our business to yall. “Would have received 5 stars if the adopt a pet that occurred on Veterans day was not in the front of the store. Getting through the crowd who wasn't shopping, just oodling over the cute animals (which they were) was a bit challenging. They thought you were trying to get closet so they would move forward. Then, there was no staff to help find stuff. They were all busy with the animals and people looking at the animals.Move that stuff to the back of the store or the middle. Right in the front, crowding the door was a bad move. We had to leave. No help and went somewhere else.We like the store too. Just that particular day, they didn't think that through. If there was a fire, there would have been casualties for sure.”

“We are Truckers from Orlando, FL and needed our dog groomed on short notice. We were able to make an appt at Voice of America location. We have used petsmart several times (other locations) and never been impressed. But, Debbie did the best job ever! We were so happy with the clip, smell and softness. I couldn't ask for a better job. She said he was the sweetest ever to groom. We are very happy with all that she done from grooming to customer service. Thank you Debbie!”

“I have two large breed dogs that have allergies to chicken and eggs plus a few other ones making it very difficult to find foods they can eat. It seems like all large breed dog food is chicken based. So finding a place that carries dog food they can eat and it is in stock can be difficult. They carry some brands and it was in stock . Yay!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be back.”
