I was really excited to see how accepting the pet hotel was during pride month. There's not a lot of representation in stores so to walk in and see myself being reflected made me feel happy and proud to be a shopper. You can tell the workers put a lot of love and energy into the display; Happy pride and bark on! ? ?

I’ve heard so many horror stories of vets who say they’re exotic, but have no experience or any idea on what they’re talking about. Anyways my little guy had to have anesthesia in order to remove a very clogged duct/pore. They were able to squeeze him in on the same day after the initial examination. The Dr did an AMAZING job and explained everything on what he was going to do. I would trust him with all of my other exotic pets that I have. Thank you so much for all that you do :)

771 Reading Rd, MasonThe Doctors and Christine get 4 stars for their compassion and care. The front desk however is a zero. I have always felt rushed in and out of there, interrupted, and dismissed. I leave feeling “it’s all about the money” the second I leave the treatment room. When I call, it’s just as bad if not worse. I have put up with it because of the DOCTORS. After today I can no longer do that. While sitting in my car crying about the urgency of my cat needing to go from there to the ER, they were more concerned about me forgetting my wallet. I get it…pay for services rendered. But no grace or compassion for a first time considering the circumstances? You have my records of over 10 years. I’ve never missed an appointment or had a card decline. I never name called, or cursed you as you walked away from me. I was calling out in distress, and as usual, you talked down to me, dismissing my feelings, treating me like a child, which was embarrassing because I was crying like one! Like I said in the parking lot, I get the construction is wearing you all down but to treat people WORSE than you USUALLY DO because of it? Not acceptable. Notice I’m not calling you out by name but you know who you are. I’m hoping you will learn from it. I sure did. I’ll never forget my wallet again. Thank you Doctors (especially Davis) and Thank you Christine for calming me down before I left. That was truly a blessing to me. I sincerely hope the construction goes as planned and will give you a positive work environment for all.

1185 Reading Rd, MasonDr. Kaptan is the ONLY vet I trust! He is frankly the BEST. Not only is he compassionate he is incredibly knowledgeable and gets it right the FIRST time! If I could give him 100 stars on here I would. He has literally saved so many of my fur babies over the years (over 10 years) and given them better quality of life. I am forever grateful for his kind heart and expertise! Thank you Dr. Kaptan and all wonderful staff!!!

First of all, this was definitely the way to go about it for me, since I wanted to try as many as possible but a single flight wasn't gonna cut it. I basically had two flights' worth of beers, but a great variety.
Each of the beers was top-notch and the environment is quaint, comfy, and unboastful-- just what I look for in a brewery.
The bartender may have also been the brewer, because he knew everything about each of the beers, said just enough, and was charming in doing so.
Strongly recommend this locale to the discerning beer quaffer.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon. It's really huge and has plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. They have a great selections os beers on tap, great food menu, beers to go and pet friendly. To order food, you give them your name and they text you when it's ready for pickup. We ordered: -Quesabeeria: three corn tortillas, beeria shredded beef, Oaxaca cheese, onion, cilantro, consume -Sonder smash burger: single beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, caramelized onions, You Betcha aioli, brioche bun -Basket of fries Beer: Lime Voss, Beer Garden west coast IPA, jalapeno lime & salt Voss, Jeff's Jam vol.11 (IPA w/ kiwi, habanero, and pumpkin spice), Cowboy Cookie Otto (tiramisu stout w/ coconut, pecans, cocoa, and vanilla), Barrel-aged Turtle Stout (barrel-aged stout w/ caramel, pecans, and chocolate) Hands down, the quesabeeria is my favorite! It's great to dip in the guac and the beeria sauce! The smash burger was amazing and their shoe string fries as great to dip on their signature sauce! I highly recommend you dine in for food! It's delicious! I absolutely love their beers! Especially their dessert stouts! So good! What a great experience! At the time, they had a small event when we were there. Book club which we looked around and got some good reads to take home. They have other small events. Just check out their website or follow on Instagram. We are definitely coming back! The beers and food were hands down one of the best!

729 Reading Rd, MasonCleveland Brown's fans this is your hang out spot in Cincy. Ok beyond that, the food was very good, the selection was huge. Fast service and clean place. There is still outdoor seating to enjoy. We drove an hour to try it and brought the parents. No one was disappointed. Well except the Browns' fans. That was a tough lose to Detriot. But they had good food and cold drinks too console themselves with until next week. Highly recommended ?
